Great company to work with, you are allocated an Accounts Manager who you can contact easily, their communication is amazing, their service is always reliable... the list goes on! I was having trouble with one of the big waste companies and was repeatedly asked for help on managing the company waste streams, since meeting Tony and getting Fresh Start on board we have managed to get most issues under control with the team offering advice on the real best fit solutions for my company. On a day to day basis Niall provides excellent customer services keeping me informed and up to date on any extra collection that we require, he replies quickly and courteously even when we ask the impossible, i see him as an extension to my team in dealing with my waste management issues. Great job Fresh Start and a real pleasure to work with.

I've been using Fresh Waste now for almost two years. They provide removal of our waste for our 5 star hotels and rental properties. Jason the Area Manager is always on hand to help us with any queries. During the pandemic Fresh have also been very helpful in dealing with any queries.

We opened a new Restaurant and Hotel in 2017 and had a nightmare with another waste company before switching to Fresh start. We found the service a lot more personal with FSWaste and Tony made several visits to us to ensure everything was set up and in order. Any issues are quickly resolved and there is always someone at the end of the phone to assist. Would highly recommend.

I've only had positive experiences with them throughout the NW region, yes there are occasional service issues that arise from time to time as with any waste service provider but Fresh Start are at the top of their game when it comes to resolving these issues.
