Reliable, efficient and tidy! We booked Andrew to move a radiator and change over another one. It is so refreshing to have workmen turn up when they say they will. They were extremely respectful of our house, ensuring they left no mess behind and even protected the stair carpet. Very neat workmanship. Highly recommended! Thank you.

Excellent service from these guys. Turned up early worked hard all day got the new boiler fitted, thermostats fitted to radiators, Hive fitted and old tanks removed from the loft all done in a day and left virtually no mess. Everything works really well so couldn't ask for anything more, would highly recommend.

Andy and Sean have done a really efficient, clean and excellent job on our boiler and gas fire service, and a few weeks later came back to install a new radiator in a bedroom. They were cheerful and friendly, gave good advice about keeping our gas and electricity bills down, and asked a really fair price. We’re pensioners and always a bit wary of trades people, but we can’t recommend Andy and Sean enough.

Highly recommend these guys. From the beginning; Andy arrived on time to provide recommendations for a replacement boiler install. He gave good professional advice and provided a quotation within a couple of days. The quote provided was reasonable, and competitive with others we have received. After we’d received other quotes, we decided to use Andy. On the day of install, again, arrived prompt at the promised time and got straight to work. The work was completed to a very high standard and was throughly tested and checked before they left. Andy also have me a friendly demonstration. They left the area nice and tidy. My boiler was leaking so Andy came round and spent about 30 mins diagnosing the problem. He advised he couldn’t get the part for about 4-5 days due to weekend and bank holiday so returned 4 days later with the part, fixed it, cleaned out the condensate pipe, replaced another part (as he had it spare on his van) and serviced it all for what could not have been more than 3 hours labour. I’m so happy and noticed the difference immediately. I’d highly recommend him *****

Absolutely over the moon with the work carried out by Andy and his team. His quote might not have been the cheapest but “you pay for what you get” and I’d rather pay an ex-British Gas installer with 15 years experience who treated my home like his home (maybe even better). He was highly professional from the quote to the installation. He explained the many options available including all pros/cons and didn’t try to just sell me what would be easiest/cheapest for him. I could tell right from the outset that he takes his work very seriously and that he’d worked for such a large company for so many years. He wore covers on his boots every time he entered the house (which I said he didn’t need to), dust sheets were everywhere and he tidied up afterwards making my house look cleaner than it did before. Everything was included in the price, the job was finished on time (thanks to an early start at 8am) and all the paperwork and warranty documents were complete. He even spent about 45 mins after the job explaining the thermostat. 10/10 and I will be recommending to all my friends and family.

Andrew was superb. Not only was the boiler serviced to a high standard but Andrew went over and above to solve a leak on the oil pipe exiting the tank and also looked on the roof to try to identify ingress of water down the flue. He also contacted Worcester Bosch to arrange for them to visit to correct a fault on the boiler. We could not have asked for better service. Would certainly recommend Heatingnplumbing4u to my friends and family members.
