My sessions with Pam have helped me with my fear of flying immensely and also just with anxiety in general, getting on a plane is nowhere near as daunting as it used to be! I used to have sleepless nights leading up to any flight and that has totally gone now.
Also Pam is lovely and helps you feel very calm and relaxed, and the recordings you're provided with have helped my problems sleeping aswell. Could not recommend more! Amy x

I visited Pam to stop smoking. She made me feel so comfortable and took time to get to know my background during the appointment. This is the only way I have been able to successfully stop smoking. I have tried for years trying out different methods, but with Pam's hypnotherapy it's been the easiest by far. I would recommend to anyone who wants to quit.

I had SUCH problems with Insomnia, and although was a bit nervous about letting someone into my head, things had gotten so bad I had to do something!
But I really had nothing to worry about - Pam was so lovely and understanding, and instantly made me feel at ease. It only took a few sessions with Pam to sort out my sleep, for which I'll be eternally grateful.
Brilliant value for money too - peanuts really, when you consider that I've now got my life back.
If you've got a problem - don't be like me and wait for ever to do something about it - go and see Pam!

Too Much to say about the help I have received from Pam. She is unbelievably kind and genuinely caring. I can tell she loves her job and she makes you feel at ease throughout the whole process. I came to Pam not fully understanding what was going on with myself. I knew I had anxiety but no idea how bad till it was made apparent. This allowed me to accept and start the healing process. I was originally having about 10 anxiety attacks a day brought on by a build up of anxiety for a few years prior. I'm still recovering and working to get rid of it all together, however my life was quickly turned around thanks to my sessions with Pam. I can be myself, socialise go out and have fun. Just like you should be able to. Overall I was willing to try anything and this was the best thing I could have done. I am very grateful.

I saw Pam due to a long standing fear of flying and followed it up by listening to her downloads. This made an enormous difference when flying to the USA. I felt perfectly calm on the flight even during turbulance. Pam is so patient and understanding. I would recommend her for any anxiety related issues.

I've recently been visiting Pam to address issues I've been experiencing with IBS and cannot recommend her highly enough! Although I originally tried hypnotherapy out of desperation, I am so glad that I did. Pam was brilliant - really friendly, put me at ease from the first appointment and really seemed to understand my issue and the effects that it was having on my life.
As little as 4 months ago IBS was completely controlling my life, to the point where I was dreading any time that I had to leave the house. After completing a number of sessions with Pam, I can honestly say I have never felt better. I can't thank her enough for giving me back my life, and would urge anyone considering hypnotherapy to give it a try, as it honestly can make a huge difference to your life.

I came to see Pam when struggling to sleep, during a very stressful period. Pam explained to me how the body reacts to stress and why this can affect sleep. She then taught me to relax and switch off, and taught me not to try and go to sleep - instead just to let go and relax. It became easier to do this as the weeks went on and I haven't suffered with insomnia since. I've felt much calmer and more positive generally. I have recommended Pam to friends (who also found success) and would say to anyone with insomnia or anxiety to give it a try. Pam explained the process very clearly to me and her gentle manner very quickly put me at ease. The sessions take place in Pam's home which is a very relaxing place where you can immediately feel comfortable. You're provided with CDs - free of charge - to continue to practice with at home, so that you can continue the work you do in the sessions. It was a very positive experience and the only thing that has worked for me. I couldn't recommend Pam more.

Pam's web site and free downloads were recommended to me by a friend. I have found the downloads I have tried to be invaluable. I noticed positive changes from the first time I used them in that I was a lot less anxious and much more relaxed. I am also sleeping better. I have continued to use them regularly and am becoming increasingly more resilient. The words Pam uses and the sound of her voice are very powerful. I am extremely thankful to her for all of her help.

I had been suffering with insomnia for about 2 months when I started seeing Pam.
Prior to searching the internet for alternative therapies my doctor had given me antidepressants and told me I was suffering from post natal depression. I had also been prescribed 2 different kinds of sleeping tablets, that didn't work.
I was desperate and needed some way of dealing with what was happening in my life so that I could feel in control again.
When I read the reviews on Pam's website I felt that maybe she could help me too.
I attended a session back in May and instantly Pam assured me that I wasnt depressed but suffering with anxiety, something my doctor had never even mentioned. I had explained that I was a new mother with a baby of 5 months old and how my head was filled with a constant voice that tormented me night and day with songs and stupid insignificant thoughts. I felt like I was going mental.
Pam took the time to explain to me the physiological reasons why prolonged stress, worry and anxiety would mean that I could no longer 'switch off', and therefore could get no sleep. Once I understood what was happening to my body and mind and could start to address the issues and deal with them.
I didn't sleep straight away and this worried me as for some reason I thought I would be cured in an instant. But what happened over the next few weeks was that I started to relax and learn how to wind down and switch off. It was through Pam's relaxation techniques and advice about the smallest things such as housework that enabled me to gradually become the person that I used to be... the person that used to be able to sleep.
Through my sessions with Pam I learnt to let things go and to leave things that weren't that important without feeling that something bad would happen if I didn't do them.
I still have nights where I lay there for hours but I know that everyone gets these nights and with Pam's teaching and relaxation recordings I can stay relaxed n eventually I will drift off.
Pam is a very caring person who, even though I only met her on 4 occasions made me feel very welcome in her home and listened to my problems and understood me. My advice to anyone in my situation is to not bother going to your doctor and do not take any chemical medication, it only makes you worse and doesn't address the underlying issues.
Instead, give Pam a call and make an appointment to see what is really causing you to lay there wide awake all night... you may be surprised at how obvious the answer is!

I contacted Pam about my Fear of Flying about 6 weeks ago. I have had a fear of planes for about 6 years... I have tried parachuting, flying a small plane, flying a helicopter, medication and a scared of flying course from British Airways, but nothing has cured my fear of flying. I had heard about Pam through a friend of a friend and thought I would give hypnotherapy a try. 6 weeks later and I have been on 2 plane journeys without taking any medication, without crying and being able to remain calm throughout the whole experience. I had 3 hynotherapy sessions with Pam, although some people need more. She really understood my situation, put me at ease at all times and was genuinely able to help.
I cannot thank or recommend Pam enough for all of her help in me being able to get on to a plane without that fear or dread - its amazing how calm I now am getting onto a plane and throughout a whole journey, I am like a different person and can now enjoy my holidays to the full!
