T. R.Found this place on instagram a few weeks ago and its quickly become part of my fitness and wellbeing plan. The place is easy to locate, and I always find parking outside.
The staff are super attentive and friendly. Sometimes I've even secured a booking with 30 mins notice! Clean, and super professional I feel I am in safe hands. Treatment itself is straight forward and has since, helped reduce my inflammation pain. Happy all round!

Unable to walk yesterday after my knee cap came out. This morning I can walk.
b. f.As a 60 year old guy who loves playing Squash, my friend recommended this place too me as I have a bad knee + I have tried everything from steroid injections + the new one ostenil with No joy but having 4 sessions in the Ice Chamber I can play again without Pain, All the Staff are so helpful & I would recommend it too anyone , for the future I will be doing the ice chamber twice a week to keep the knee pain away
