I would like to start of by saying a massive thank you to Tom, you have been a star from start to finish. We purchased our car from Tom around a week ago and we couldn’t be happier. The service was brilliant the whole way through , he was very knowledgeable about a verity of cars which they had in stock and didn’t make me feel pressured at all when weighing up my options. The car has been absolutely faultless and over all a really good quality car. Before proceeding we did consider the negative reviews we had seen but as my partner said to me you will never know unless you try for yourself and it is safe to say we definitely made the right decision with the purchase of our new car. For any body considering using BCS I would highly recommend Tom , thank you very much for all your help young man. Keep it up!

Excellent service guys keep it up! Recently bought a car from BCS and throughout the whole process I was pleased with the service I received. I arrived to view the vehicle and it was clean and ready for me in the showroom, I was greeted by a member of staff who offered me a drink and showed me around the car while explaining how everything works. I then took it for a test drive and was happy with the car, at this point I knew I wanted to go home with it. I was then showed to an office where we went through all the paperwork of the car which I was happy with and agreed on a price. We done the deal shook hands and I drove my new car home! Will definitely be back for my next car thank you BCS!

I can not recommend these guys enough to buy a car from. From start to finish they have you in mind. They are very helpful and will do anything to assist you. Their after care is absolutely amazing. An issue arose but they bent over backwards to get the issue sorted and never once left me in the dark. They have constant communication between each and every employee so when you need information they know who you need to speak to. And they also ring on a day to day basis to let you know what stage they are at. This is by far the best car wholesalers I have ever used. I live over 120 miles away from them but I will use these first to buy another car before I look elsewhere.

My partner and I bought a van from BCS. The gentleman that was dealing with us was called Giuseppe, he was so helpful. The original van that we were going to purchase was actually sold as we were going to put a deposit down but Giuseppe when above and beyond and sourced another van for us due to us missing out on the original van. The customer service was brilliant, very responsive and was happy to answer any queries we had. The van was thoroughly cleaned before we collected it, all the paperwork stage was simple and easy, the whole process was quite quick and we were just genuinely looked after really well. Just want to give a big thank you to Giuseppe for all of your help!

Buying a 7-year-old Italian car has certain risks! These guys sorted me out at very short notice with a Fiat 500 for my daughter when another garage let us down. Had to make use of the 90-day warranty to get a sensor issue fixed, which was done with the minimum of fuss.

Was nervous about buying my first car after I passed my test. They were so lovely and listened to what I wanted from a car. They talked me through everything and answered all my questions. Car has been running well for well over a year and passed MOT this year with flying colours so really pleased and would definitely go to them next time.

Where do I begin!! Outstanding, exceptional and first class, are just a few words which come to mind. My journey with BCS began with Dean. From the very 1st hello, communication was on point. Being a woman whom has brought numerous cars over the years from different dealerships, this is by far the best experience I have ever had. I was made to feel confident that this was a dealership I could trust. In reading the reviews beforehand, I have to say, I don't know what company those people were speaking of. We all know whether it be a brand new car or used cars nothing is certain, but if you deal with people with respect you get respect in return. However, communication was faultless, I got a fair deal on my part ex vehicle. The car I purchased from BCS was a BMW, it was an absolute beauty!! I was totally 100% happy with the car, inside and out was immaculate, yet Dean had written on my receipt for me to return to have 2 tiny little trolley dents removed from the bodywork. The funny thing is, you needed a magnifying glass to actually see where they were. That alone was a cut above the rest when it comes to buying from a used car dealership. For the after sales care I communicated with Joseph. Again, communication was on point. I booked the car in and returned weeks later, left the car, went shopping and received a phone call to say my vehicle was ready! Throughout my entire experience I spoke with several members of staff at BCS. I have to mention a lovely guy who's name I don't know, but whenever you call, he addresses you as madam, just so polite, 'A' class professionalism. I cannot thank everyone at BCS Car Credit Ltd enough for my experience in buying my new car. Faultless from start to finish. I wish you all the very best for the future. I highly recommend buying a car from this company.

Read quite a few bad reviews on this company but I honestly can not fault it.. my credit isn’t great tbh it’s disgraceful but they managed to get me a great deal with a finance company, a lot lower APR than others I looked at. They didn’t have the car I was after in their own garage so went out their way to source the car I wanted from another dealer. Nick was fantastic at sorting everything out & finding me the best deal. He kept me up to date through out the process. Only down side it was going to be quite expensive to get the car delivered so I made the 220 mile trip down my self to collect it. The car it’s self is in fantastic condition with all certified dealership full service history & seems to of been very well looked after & also low mileage! They also put a full years MOT on as it runs out in April & it also had plenty diesel in for the long trip home. The car drove the 220 miles perfect with no faults at all & hopefully it will continue like this in the future. Obviously we all have bad dealings now & again with companies but I can honestly say I have had not one bit of bother & over all had a good experience with this company!

What a pleasure it was to buy a car from BCS. Gioseppe handled everything from start to finish. Answered all my questions, anything he couldn't answer he came back to me within 5 minutes with the answer. The car is probably better than expected due to the fact that although the rears tyres where legal, he had brand new ones put on for me. I would definitely recommend BCS to friends and family.

I dealt with a fantastic sales bloke called charlie he was quick informative and even when not in office still replied to my messages about any concerns. The guys in the show room dean and joe was amazing too very friendly was nice dealing with actual people rather than computers. From start to finish put application in Thursday afternoon car arrived monday at 12pm. The finance company they used have been very good too and very helpful checking everything was to my satisfaction.. I will be returning back to them in a few years for another car. Thanks guys.

I've seen alot of bad reviews on here about this company but having bad credit I didn't have any other options of car finance so I decided to go for it, initially they didn't have the type of car I wanted in stock (a 7 seater petrol) but they managed to source the perfect car a ford galaxy titanium x fully loaded they bought it then finance it to me which I thought was amazing to be honest. not many car dealers will do that. There was a few weeks wait for my car, but that was expected due to lock down and Christmas but they did try hard to get the car in stock for me. I ended up getting my car on the 6th of Jan 21 and everything was grate , until a few weeks back when it broke down but hey these things happen right, bcs took the car back without hesitation and repaird it under warranty giving it 4 new injectors , spark plugs and ignition coils now she's good as new It goes without saying everyone has there own experience with cars and dealers but mines been grate and I would definitely recommend don't let the negative comments put you off

Can't fault them. I enquired about a vehicle and the company explained that I could either do a click and collect of the car or I could have it delivered. They sent pictures and a video so I could see the car before purchase. Explained everything. Car was delivered and is great.
