Called Alex at 6pm yesterday and he was over at 10:30 this morning to fix our issue. He sorted our problem quickly, even driving across MK and back to get the part he needed to fit ASAP. His rates were really fair and he didn’t try to upswell when carrying out the work. Which I’ve had before. Alex was a real honest guy who makes you feel at ease. He was really friendly and open and 100% will be recommending him to others

Had Alex service my boiler and could not fault him. Alex from Tropical Heating & Plumbing has just completed the installation of a new water cylinder for us after our last very old one developed a leak . He immediately impressed with his easy, polite and pleasant manner and provided a very reasonable quote for the work . We proceeded and he came up against several obstacles including supplier delay , unexpectedly needing to replace old fittings requiring frequent visits to the plumbing store and taking twice the amount of time allocated . We invited him to bill extra for his time incurred which again he did very reasonably . I would not hesitate in recommending Alex and his company Tropical Heating & Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber.
