What can I say other than in my 48 years, I can honestly say Tom, who successfully placed me in a b2b sales role, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I often find agencies to be more concerned with relationship building with their clients and less bothered with candidates, often treating them as numbers...this however is not the case with perfect pathway. Tom has a likeable and friendly approach and listens to you. In the space of a week I had a new job and a new friend .... I badgered him to death from interview to the decision from the client which was a couple of days later than expected ... he was always happy to speak to me and never lost patience with me, always keeping me in the loop. He is a credit to his employer and true professional.
