This was our second time escaping from a room at Random Rooms, and we'll certainly be back again in future. Our host was Alex and he set the mood brilliantly. He was a perfect mix of friendly, fun, and helpful at just the right moments. The Cell was a fun task, trying to get one of our team out of a cell, but all working together to achieve that. There were plenty of clues to uncover, and combinations to find. The previous room we did (The Goddess' Curse) was of a similarly high quality. It's also worth noting that the doors weren't actually locked on the rooms we did - I know that some people love the idea of an escape room but can feel claustrophobic. It worked really well here, and didn't impact on the task at hand. Highly recommended!

A well designed experience that leans into it's theme very well. We did the Headmasters Room, which is a little basic but keeps everything on-message and puzzles are just the right level of difficulty. Our host provided exactly the right amount of guidance to leave us satisfied and not frustrated. There is no parking on site so be prepared to drive around the nearby streets for spaces.

We had a great time at Random Rooms. Our host Alex was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. The room had a great mix of puzzles and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Would definitely recommend!

Love escape rooms and have done a few. Here in IOW for few days decided to fit a room in although only two of us (usually with a bigger group). We did the Headteachers office room. Super fun and the host was great. If you love escape rooms and are on holiday give Random Rooms a go. Loved it. Will definitely come back when we return to the island.

Really friendly hosts. I can't say too much but there were some good suprises in the way the room was set up and in the creativity behind the puzzles. We were helped and nudged just the right amount. This was a fab choice for the middle of a super hot day!

10/10 would recommend. I went with my mum, brother and a friend for my brothers birthday. Enjoyed every minute of it, the gentleman who works there is lovely and explains everything clearly.

Decided to book the hospital escape room for my birthday - was a complete group of 6. Had Alex welcome us in and explain the story behind our room - he really did set the scene. Alex did not offer any help as we were adamant to solve it all until the very end where were struggled. I was happy with the entire experience and can't wait to book another!!

One of the best escape rooms I've ever done. The Cell was well thought out and great because you didn't need to find the clues in an order but still needed them all to complete the room so no wasted time trying to work out where to start. Helpful staff and lots of fun!

Offer a variety of rooms. We did the abandoned hospital which was excellent value. Staff was incredibly friendly and pushed the experience from a 4/5 to a 5/5

Very friendly and welcoming staff. We have done a few rooms in various cities in the past 2 years. This was just as good as anywhere else we have done. We had great fun with 3 children 9, 10, and 11, and 2 adults. Time flies when you are having fun and we certainly were. It was great to see the kids so involved in everything. I would thoroughly recommend it and we will certainly go back.

This was the most amazing night I have had for a long time, its so well organised, so friendly, so much fun, and makes your brain work. Everything is so well thought out and it amazing! We will be making our way through all of the rooms. We did The Cell, so much fun.

Was here today with Alex and it was great! the rooms have so many different styles of puzzle and really are mentally challenging in more ways the the other rooms I've previously done. Would really recommend these looking forward to doing another one soon. Wish I could have taken some pictures and shared them.

We’ve now successfully completed 3 of the rooms since the business opened and have thoroughly enjoyed each challenge. While each room had it’s own theme or story, all have been entertaining and with varying levels of complexity. The rooms are well decorated and it’s very easy to get lost in attempting to puzzle through the hour - great fun as a group and can’t wait until the new rooms are ready to go!

I have done three Escape rooms with my family but to date I liked this one best because it depended on brain power in a well lit room. Interesting result if you can get to the end

We took part in the Egyptian themed room for two people it was a bit of a challenge however we did complete it and the hints given didn't help ruin the discoveries as we went along. The welcome was friendly and with the instructions it was relatively easy to find, well worth a visit if you are in the area

This is the second time we've been to random rooms and I'm as impressed as I was the first time. The puzzles are intelligent, and half the fun is actually trying to find the clues or the next piece you need. Definitely need your thinking caps on, I'm glad we went as a group of 5!

Excellent ! We went for our works Christmas party , completed two rooms (with a little help from the staff) an hour per room with a few minutes before each one for explanations. Highly recommended to all ages (some rooms might not be suitable for kids , but they cover that on the website

The experience itself was fabulous - finding the attraction was tricky as there's no signage until you enter Cowes library and there isn't a phone number to ring. Alex was very professional and we loved every frustrating minute of the experience! We will be back.

Did the motel room...difficult one to pick as our first! We all enjoyed it, great fun and just scraped through with seconds to go. Definitely do it again.
