Gas Ops came out to quote and then fit me for a new boiler. Very competitive on pricing and he did an amazing and efficient job. Great service! I’d recommend to anyone wanting a plumber to consider speaking to Nordly. I’ve already recommended him to a few people too.

I was recommended to Gas Ops heating by a neighbour, and am so pleased with the whole experience. We needed a new boiler and had a few different quotes. From the first moment we met Nordly he made us feel comfortable and at ease. He is a very friendly chap and was a pleasure to have working in our house. I have already recommended him to a friend and will do so a lot more.

When you have people to do work in your house there is usually something that you are not happy with, not so in this case. Not a single complaint from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. Dust sheets laid, countertops covered. The boiler replacement was as ordered as was all the auxiliary items that I had requested. All waste was removed and the property left clean and tidy. We were kept informed of work progress and shown the flushing of the radiator and pipes. On completion the commissioning of the boiler was explained to us and were given the time to ask any questions. The terms were favourable giving reassurance that they were not a fly by night company important as this was the first time we had employed them although they were recommended by a neighbour. Thank you from a most satisfied customer that has already booked them for two additional plumbing jobs, changing of en-suite taps and upgrading the radiators when the weather is warmer. Thank you 5*

We were without heating and hot water due to a very old and beyond repair hot water tank failure. Nordly worked really quickly to get a quote across for approval and even worked at the weekend to get the job done. Nordly provided great customer service asking when was convenient to arrive and then explained exactly what was required. He was very thorough in all aspects of the job and was prepared to work as long as necessary to get us back up and running. We also had a couple of other plumbing jobs that he took care of. Really quick response from Nordly for a alternative gas supply on the external wall of the house after we identified a leak. He came to review the job the same day and had the work done within 2. GAS-OPS did a brilliant job He fitted some valves firstly on faulty radiators Wouldn’t go till all rads were piping hot Secondly he advised me my tank was full of rust and that was clogging up the radiators so he suggested we had a magna clean which was suitable for our pipe work He showed me how bad it was by taking a photo of the tank and when he came to do the job he was here several hours He explained the whole process as he went along and again wouldn’t leave us until all rads were working to perfection I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for any plumbing and central heating work and intend to use them for our regular boiler service On a personal level Nordly was friendly and courteous and extremely knowledgable in his profession
