Tim is extremely pleasant to deal to with, his advice is always genuine and you are never made to feel like you are being sold to. He's already made some very useful infrastructure changes to the way we store and manage data, which has free'd up useful space on our servers. We really feel like we can trust Tim, he puts his clients best interests above all else and we are very thankful for the continued hard work he is doing on our behalf. Highly recommend Elephant IT.
