Have now used this company twice to relocate and fit radiators, as well as re-run stretches of piping - great price and excellent service delivered on both occasions. Ian is friendly, knowledgeable and will offer advice on how best to achieve the end goal if needed. Highly recommend

Just used these guys to replace my very old boiler with a combi boiler. Lots of work involved as wanted boiler out of the kitchen and into the loft . Also had a radiator fitted into my airing cupboard. The hole left from the old boiler was bricked up and as you can see from the photo, you can hardly see where it was. The pipework is extremely neat and very trendy looking. They were friendly and courteous and even helped me to download the boiler app onto my phone. They were competitively priced too. I would definitely recommend this firm and they will be top of my list if I need any more work doing. Big thank you Ian , you did a fantastic job.

I am delighted that I discovered this company. Ian was very prompt returning my call, came the same day to assess what was wrong with my boiler and replace the part which was faulty. Very efficient and reliable.

Ian came to our rescue and installed new pipework, replacing underground pipework where gas leak were suspected to have come from. Knowing that we were without gas and hence hot water, he kindly carried out the work straight away, the next day. He put in new pipe work from the gas meter into the kitchen, and connected it to gas appliances and put in isolation tap. Ian deliver a highly professional and cost effective service. Ian and his staff is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and a pleasure to use.

I have used this firm on two occasions. The first time was for general building and maintenance lasting 3 days during which they had to cope with extreme weather conditions. This did not phase them and they still managed to complete the work on time and to the highest standards. The second occasion was for boiler repair and servicing. They were so thorough that it made me question what previous engineers had actually done for their money! If you want a highly competent, professional and polite firm I can certainly recommend them.

I was lucky enough to find Ian after another plumber had left me with an extremely dangerous boiler. Ian diagnosed the problem and condemned the boiler immediately. He then fitted a new boiler as soon as was possible. Every step of the way he explained everything, and showed me what he was doing and why. He is a genuinely nice person, and I trust him. I was recommended Ian and his team after I had been chasing up two other plumbers for weeks to fix my boiler. They offer a really good and affordable service with a no job too small attitude which was what I needed after being given the "you definitely need a new boiler" speech before anyone had even walked through the door. To me the only thing to think about where plumbers are concerned is reliability and quality of service, so I have been fantastically impressed with Ian Atkin for providing an excellent quality service. He was not only punctual, but made a massive effort to communicate when he would and would not be available, which really helped to manage expectations. Boiler broke down Christmas eve, original engineer failed to correct the problem. When Ian was contacted he was here the same day, and within a very short time had the boiler back in service. Since then he has fully serviced the boiler. Most impressed with the speed the problem was solved, and the low cost. We will be having a yearly service.
