John is a lovely guy with fantastic skill and knowledge. He really helped with my lower back issues where many others couldn’t. Thanks John

Went to see this guy when I was in agony with my back and could hardly walk, yes it took 2 weeks to see me but if you get in straight away then why is he not busy? Anyway he doesn't bend you like a pretzel as he uses a special chiropractic hammer (don't know the proper name for it) bit it's like key hole surgery rather than open surgery as its less impact and more targeted so you don't hurt after. I've seen him a few times now and he has made a significant improvement to my back, something that hasn't happened for years! I recommend him as he is honest in what he does, polite and damn good

Had problems with my neck/back for a while. I have to admit, I wasn't confident that John could help, but after only 2 sessions, the improvements John made to my posture led to my neck pain easing. Very professional and easy going, highly recommended.

I see John from time to time to give me some adjustments and he always works wonders. I can normally go 1.5-2 years between sessions. I lately suffered with a trapped nerve which was extremely painful and left me stuck in bed and with some advise from john and his wife over the phone I was able to get out of bed and in car and down to John's surgery and made some adjustments with the tool he uses which was great as even with the amount of pain I was in it was easily bearable and I was able to walk around again by the end of the day not pain free but in alot less pain than I was several hours earlier. John really knows his stuff and was able to identify issues with me and another family member by just looking at us and yet it took doctors several months and scans to find out. I'd always advise going and having adjustments made sooner rather than later as I left it too late that's why I ended up trapping a nerve. John gets extremely busy so book as soon as you can. the prices he charges are extremely good as well I know people who pay alot more than John charges and still use the old ways of bending and cracking your body in weird ways which works but isn't always comfortable and sometimes it can be very painful especially if your in alot of pain already.

Went to John with an injured shoulder 2 months after falling out of loft. Fairly severe pain, preventing sleep. Despite a friend's recommendation, not having been to a chiropractor before, I must admit I was a but sceptical. First (reasonably priced) session really only took the edge off the pain but I was absolutely amazed after the second session - cured, no pain! Furthermore, John (a lovely chap) doesn't use the snap/twist/crack technique that I was expecting and apprehensive about. Gentle manipulation and results, perfect. Thank you John.

John uses a method which doesn't involve putting your legs up behind your ears and cracking all the bones in your body - which in 2015 is a method apparently available in the modern world but only adopted by few. John uses the 'Activator Method' which is widely used in America and I have to say my back relies on! I have visited John from everything such as a check up MOT to not being able to walk. And each time I walk out better than i walked in. He works from his home clinic in GIltbrook and I have recommended him to all my family and friends.

I had experienced a dance career ending injury, but then after receiving regular adjustments from John I was back to normal, in fact performing better then I ever had before and feeling great. I have benefited immensely from seeing John and I wouldn't want anyone to miss out on John's miracle working.
