When our boiler broke down in the middle of winter he managed to source an excellent new one, and install it for us at very short notice. R.I got the bad news my boiler had broken shortly after travelling abroad, After unsuccessfully trying to book a number of heating engineers on a Friday afternoon, RMZ took the call and agreed to take a look that same evening. The problem was diagnosed straight away, a new part ordered and fitted the next day. This has saved me so much stress and the price was very reasonable. He kept me informed and came back as soon as he had received the replacement part. It proved a bigger and lengthier job that he had anticipated (involving removal of a kitchen cabinet!) but he charged me the price he had quoted. He left everything neat and tidy afterwards.
