We contacted Kieran on Friday to quote us for a new boiler after our boiler had completely broken down earlier in the week. He came , promptly provided us with a very reasonable quote- he could see how desperate we were after having no hot water for 4 days, he came and fit a new boiler on a Sunday, tidy job, excellent and reliable. Highly recommended.

We contacted Kieran for to complete a first fix for a new bathroom. Kieran also installed a salamander pump and supplied and fitted a new cold water tank. His workmanship was second to none. Very very professional, superb communication. His work was to a high standard. He arrived for a quote and when we booked in the job, he arrived with every bit of equipment, tool and pipes etc. He worked hard all week and had a young apprentice with him too. The apprentice was also friendly and good at his job. They left the job each day clean and tidy. We highly recommend Kieran for a professional job.

Kieran has just fitted a boiler and new pipes for my central heating. I had no gas in my new ( but very old) house and he worked tirelessly to get it sorted out. After 3 weeks with no heating or hot water, it is now brilliant! Kieran is so reliable and polite. Great to have around, knowing he is happy to do what it takes to get things right. His communication is excellent, which is a rarity these days, but very important for the customer! He charged such a reasonable price, too. A lovely bloke to boot, I will always call on him for future work and a boiler service.

Contacted Fitz to fix a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink really good service turning up promptly and came back several days later because he didn't have the correct pipe. Literally took him a hour in total... Yep it doesn't leak anymore but oh my, really expensive.

We would definitely recommend and will continue to use for all our plumbing and heating needs. We recently bought our first home, many jobs required a knowledgeable and efficient plumber; thank God we found Kieran! First for the boiler check, then an outdoor tap, then to fix some terrible shower pipes, then the kitchen drainage system, and finally today to fit our bathroom towel radiator. Every job done to the highest standard, very competitive and honest prices (not one did I wince at), and he always went that extra mile (literally in one case) if needed. Even during the Covid-19 Pandemic when the emergency jobs needed doing, he was fully following government advice for his safety and ours. Think we've found our plumber for life.

After being let down by multiple people last year I ended up in contact with Kieran, who has been on two occasions to fix boiler issues and gas fire issues. High quality, friendly, neat and professional full central heating and boiler installation into our renovation project last week. Great service from Kieran I would definitely highly recommend. An elderly neighbour of ours was in a panic yesterday as her kitchen tap had come loose and water was going everywhere. Had an emergency at home, boiler packed up on the coldest days of the year. Called Kieran, he was out the following morning. Kieran assessed the problem, and found us a solution. Solution was to be a new boiler (old one at least 15 yrs old), which Kieran gave sound advice on, a really competitive price, and booked us in as quickly as possible once we decided on which boiler of choice we would prefer. New boiler has now been fitted by Kieran, who has been very professional, tidy and his workmanship is top class. I can not recommend Kieran highly enough, and will be certainly be passing his number on to family and friends, and hope this post has the desired effect in drumming up further business for Kieran, top man!

I could tell immediately, perfection is top of the list, no rushing to finish the job, time taken to plan, time taken to clean up, excellent pricing and superb products used. We had two toilets fixed by Kieran. Really great communication and arrived when expected. The toilets were overflowing inside the pan, but this wasn't a straightforward job as the nuts holding the cistern in place had rusted. Kieran worked really hard on this job which I fear was more complicated than expected. We now have a lovely flush and our cisterns aren't constantly filling up. Thank you!
