I have to say WOW!!! I rang this morning at 8:45am but then noticed opening hours from 9am. I hung up and sent a text explaining that my boiler had stopped heating and had an error code. At 8:59am the engineer called me back. Asked if I was in now and could be with me in 5-10 mins! He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and was finished and gone by 9:45am!! Very happy with the price too! I had been told by other companies it would be at least early next week and would have cost more, just for the call out charge! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

At a time when every company I call gave me excuses as to why I could not be seen, R&F made time there and then on the same day! I explained the problem with my boiler, they told me they would get to me later that day and would message me when 30 mins away. Perfect! Upon arrival Tahir was very friendly, helpful and got us up and running there and then! He also gave us some great advice on what we should do in future to keep maintenance up. Brilliant customer service and got the job done. Will definitely be using in future and would 100% recommend to anyone else!

R&F turned up on a weekend for an emergency call. Tried their best to fix the problem, however unfortunately the boiler required more work to be done by BAXI. They didnt charge me for the call out, nothing but praise for the guy who turned up.

Brilliant service from R&F. Within 2 hours of the first call, Tahir had arrived, diagnosed the problem, fit the new part and tested the entire system. Heating fixed, reasonable price and great service. I would definitely recommend.

Called R&F plumbing on a Saturday around midday as my Father in Law (who’s hard of hearing) needed an urgent call out, as his boiler was not working. The engineer agreed a time with me & kept to it. He text my FiL when local & carried out the urgent work to get the boiler working that day. R&F called me later to update (although didn’t ask for this) & after confirming the works done, explained a part needed ordering for Monday. R&F also text me on the Monday to confirm work had been completed & the price (considering emergency call out) was very reasonable. Thrilled with the service & cant recommend highly enough. Will be using this chap myself in the future as so impressed with the service provided 👏

Rang for an emergency call out for my boiler and they came out same day, within a couple of hours when they said they would. We called R & F out for an emergency on a Saturday night and they turned up without any delay and fixed our problem. The service we received was a breath of fresh air compared to, I'm afraid, most tradesmen I have dealt with recently. Jay who attended my house was very courteous and very efficient and completed the task with a smile on his face. I cannot speak highly enough for the service I received.

Contacted R&F Plumbing after finding a leak and also wanted a new designer radiator fitting. They came out the very next day(would have come out same day) even called 30 minutes before to say they were on their way. Would highly recommend them.... Tahir was great did an excellent job fixing the leak and fitting the radiator.Will definitely be using them again!

Fantastic job carried out on my boiler by a great perky engineer. My boiler stopped working in the middle of winter with heavy snow and freezing conditions, leaving my family without heating. We had 2 children under the age of 2 and i phoned around everywhere and had no joy. I called R&F plumbing and within half hour he turned up, around 7pm He opened the boiler and changed a couple of parts (which he already had in his van!) And my boilee has not been better!!! Brilliant work and lovely chap!

I called R & F Plumbing Solutions to sort out a sink that I'd tried and failed to fit. Basically, the waste pipes that B&Q supplied were too cumbersome and it was impossible to make good. R & F provided me with a competitive quote to do the work on an emergency basis (outside of office hours). They arrived promptly, were courteous and polite, and the work was completed to a high standard, using more appropriate parts (and at no extra cost).
