I had to use this company for an emergency callout last week and found them to be highly responsive, reliable and knowledgeable, leaving the job clean and tidy. Me. Daud was very prompt at every stage of repairs of our toilet flush tank and replacement/ installation of two washbasin taps. The job was meticulously executed and completed on time after a prompt and timely arrival alongwith all tools and items required for repairs. Couldn't rate these guys higher. Our supplier had to cut our gas off as an emergency measure on Friday evening due to a leaking gas pipe going to our hob. I thought it was going to be impossible to get somebody out over the weekend, but phoned Rapid Fix and they bent over backwards to help. They were out at 9am and had the leak fixed in 90 minutes. Took us through the work carried out and issued all the relevant Gas Safety paperwork on the spot. Very tidy job and a reasonable price for an emergency call-out at the weekend too. Will happily use again.

I am absolutely overwhelmed by the response, professionalism and efficiency provided by this company. I am a landlord who lives some distance from my rental properties. A tenant called me with a query and I attempted to contact an existing gas engineer who I have previously received good service from. He didn’t reply so I then looked to My Builder. I expected a reply the following morning day at the earliest in all honesty. I posted the job at 1915 on a Thursday evening. Within (literally) seconds Tufail had been in touch. Within 15 minutes he had assessed the situation over the phone with my tenant and by 1945 he was at the property. The job was complete by 2100 much to my, and more importantly my tenant’s, complete satisfaction. At my request, this truly outstanding gentleman had completed a service on the boiler and hob and issued respective certificates. All within the same time frame. This is now my go to provide of choice - I own additional properties in the area and am now in the process of negotiating a fixed arrangement with this company for all my maintenance needs. Service of such excellence justly deserves recognition and reward. I am happy to endorse and whole-heartedly recommend Rapid fix to anyone who values efficiency and promptness of action.
