P. K.I booked an appointment with Kelly after having neck pain due to marking papers at Christmas (I’m a teacher!). With no prior knowledge about what chiropractors do, I went to my first appointment which had been booked by my husband after doing extensive research on our local chiropractors. We were really pleased with the professionalism from all the staff, and the knowledge that we were provided with. Kelly is an extremely well read positive individual who has a beautiful aura around her. It is satisfying to meet an individual who is passionate about what she does and spreads the wisdom, all the while with a positive ethos. After the initial consultation, I was confident that I wanted to pursue the healing procedure that was on offer and 8 weeks on, I feel more agile. My neck pain has almost gone and my posture has significantly improved. Libby and Lauren are not mere receptionist at this place, they are part of the family and work with the clients offering them useful advice. I am looking forward to continuing my journey here and excited to see how my body heals with Kelly’s facilitation.

As well as addressing this she did a full assessment and we are also working to improve his reflux, eczema and sleeping habits! The premises are warm, smart and comfortable, professionally equipped with easy free parking in Waitrose car park, the extra free workshops are very useful and fun, along with the social gatherings. Most of all Kelly, Liam, Vicki, Wendy and the Team are always helpful, flexible, and friendly and from the first you can clearly see that they really know their stuff and get results.
DFC truly is a dynamic practice without who’s help I could not do the job I do today.
I knew after having a major back operation in 2001 that in 2014 my desk based work and motorcycling hobby were not the best things possible for the long term good of my back and that my posture and particularly that of my neck was very poor. The most obvious sign being due to numb feet I could not keep my balance with my eyes closed.
After an exceptionally thorough and informative first consultation using the results of the full body x-ray, taken with the machine the practice has invested in onsite, I began my twice weekly adjustments. With their weekly support I have returned to my first love of mechanics and am fit, well and happy repairing and maintaining JCB construction equipment in the field and regularly enjoy riding my Harley Davidson pain free. Both no small achievements given my back history and posture problems and one I credit to DFC and in particular Kelly and Vicki combined with my personal commitment to do my bit with the recommended exercises. After 6 months with DFC I have much improved feeling in my feet and can now keep my balance with my eyes closed! Not a miracle, but amazing to me never the less all with DFC’s expert on going help.
Chiropractic works, I could not recommend investing in it more strongly and regularly do so to friends, family and colleagues.
