I really enjoyed the 10 week Healthy Habits course with Sam. She's an inspiring and supportive coach who has helped me start to make some significant changes to my life. The course was really well structured and the access to supporting material was invaluable. Sam doesn't just list a book to read, she provided videos for each week (ideal if you're not a speedy reader like me!), worksheets, reaches out throughout the week to keep your motivated and inspired. I really enjoy my sessions with Sam. I have done yoga with a number of instructors over time, yet Sam seems to bring a little something extra to her classes... She seems to bring a unique mix of inspiration and skill that I find helps me to not only get my poses right but to be excited about it at the same time.

I have just completed a 10 week Ayurvedic/Yoga Healthy Habits course with Sam. This was extremely beneficial for me as it raised my awareness to some lifestyle habits that needed improving. I joined the course because I have suffered for a long time from indigestion and heartburn. Now that I am more conscious about what I am eating and eating earlier and lighter dinners I no longer suffer from indigestion or heartburn.
In addition to that I have developed improved and new habits in other areas such as how I blend different exercise/fitness routines and how to self massage. I have definitely established healthier habit as a result of following this course and feel a lot better as a result.
I also highly recommend Sam as an instructor as she is supportive and encouraging yet keeps the sessions fun and engaging. Thanks again Sam

Great course, great vibes. I took this course when I was recovering from ulcerative colitis and it was just what I needed: a positive pick-me-up, lots of motivation from lovely people and a kick up the butt to change up my routine.
