Mitchell & Son Plumbing and Heating did our boiler replacement this week, and we couldn't be happier with the job Christian & Simon did for us. It was a competitive quote, and they did a really tidy job. They're prompt, hard working, efficient....and really nice blokes too. We had our old boiler, cylinder and tank in loft removed. Relocating new Vaillant boiler to garage, and installing a new Mira digital shower. Would definitely recommend to family and friends, and we'll be using their expertise ourselves again in the future.

Mitchell and Son worked on repairing our boiler yesterday (not hot water for 2 days) and we could not have been more pleased with their service. Christian returned my call very quickly after my initial enquiry, we agreed a time to visit, and both Christian and Dad Simon then arrived exactly when they said they would. Within minutes the problem had been identified, a price for spare parts was given/accepted and these were then fitted within the hour. We had hot water again. I have now booked Mitchell & Sons for a future service of the boiler and based on my experience yesterday would continue to use them for future needs and would recommend to others. Two very friendly guys who did a great job at a very competitive price.

I am one of the clients who dares to write to review only once its sure of quality provided. Christian and his team have been repairing (after a very poor job done by previous company) and servicing our heating and gas for more than a year now. They have also installed and keep servicing our brand new Vaillant boiler. The amazing fact to note is that they stand behind they work and you can rely on them in the "after sale" contact. One of the service providers that will remain in my book of Trusted Traders. On top of that they treat your property with respect and are meticulous in their work with minimum wastage and amazing tidy and sturdy installations.

A word of thanks to Mitchell & Son for my combi boiler swap in Caversham, plus Combimate and boiler protection kit. I was extremely satisfied with the work they carried out and will use their services again. Pleased about the extras included too (over & above what I expected) - much appreciated (e.g. the pipe box section & Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate, documents wallet, water sample certificate, etc.). All done quickly & efficiently for the quoted price.

Mitchell and Son fixed our overflow issues with great professionalism. Explaining exactly what the fault was. One thing we always long for in any trade is they turn up on time and are reasonably priced. Mitchell and son met both this criteria in spades. Both Christian and his dad are also extremely friendly.
