The Curious Lounge is a beautifully curated, very cool and inclusive work space. There are lots of gorgeous plants around to create a calm environment and quirky decor to stand the space apart from other spaces. Thoughtfully restored bits of furniture and all the high tech you’ll need for todays businesses. Most importantly is the warm welcome and the amazing coffee. It’s a real gem and 100% worth checking out.

As a Sw engineer used to work in shared workspace while travelling, I must say this one is the best I visited so far. Really nice looking and relaxing mood, good equipment and really friendly and kind service! The cappuccino was excellent. If you’re in Reading and looking for a temporary office, that’s the one!

The space created by Matt and Louize is amazing. The abundance of natural light and plants surrounding the work space makes this a unique and relaxing environment to work from. Cheran who's is the barista for the Anonymous Coffee Co. located in the Curious Lounge is always there with a smile that makes you feel welcome and relaxed. I can't recommend this place enough.

Hands down the friendliest co-working space in Reading. It's really well positioned, just 2 mins walk from the station, and very welcoming. It's a large, well lit space that somehow feels homely, decked out with all kinds of curios and lots of plants. I use it to break up my week, meet with friends and get some work done without the distractions at home. There's a fab coffee bar onsite and if you need them, the meeting rooms are really well specced with AV gear. Oh and yes, the wi-fi is fast 🤩

I was looking for a coworking space for an afternoon in Reading. After searching around The Curious Lounge seemed like a good option. I was wrong, it was an AWESOME option. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The wifi was 50mbs down and really stable. The spaces has lots of different areas you can sit in from some comfy sofas (that I spent all my time on) to office desks and chairs. Its also a CiC that do some really good things to support their community. If you want a coworking space in Reading this is where I'd go. Look forward to coming back!

I work from home most days, but a couple of times a month I like to get down to Curious Lounge and hang out. It's a great atmosphere and Matt & Louize and always good to chat with. It's a bit like a day out, while still being able to get some work done. Love it.

I booked the Curious Lounge for an important business meeting following a year in lockdown. Some delegates attended the meeting in person and some joined via video link. The technical side ran very smoothly thanks to the team who ensured everything was set up and ready to go when we arrived. The Covid-19 precautions were excellent. Plenty of space between seating areas, hand sanitiser and safe check in. They also have fast WifI and a fabulous coffee bar! Highly recommend if you're ready to go back to an office or simply want to book a big room for a meeting.

The search for the perfect co-working space is over! Matt & Louize have created a light and airy venue for freelancers in need of an escape from the monotony of WFH. If you like being surrounded by plants, top notch coffee and nice people then this place will beat your home office or kitchen table hands down. Highly recommend *****

Whatever the new normal looks like after this whole pandemic washes over, then Curious Lounge is a great template for affordable city centre meeting space. A minute walk from Reading Train station and owner Matt providing 5 star customer service is good enough. But the space that Matt has designed feels luxurious, spacious and most importantly safe. It is a blue print that established companies like Regus should consider, to remain relevant. Cannot recommend highly enough.
