Pros: great location, could have fire pits outside, accessible space, big hall for dancing. Good sized kitchen. Able to decorate as we pleased.
Cons: hobs don't work currently. Quite dated decor/hall decor with bright yellow doors etc. Key pad stops working once your booking is finished (very strict time for hiring the hall, not flexible)
P. M.I live in Bitterne but walk the 2 miles to get to the shore. I usually stop here and sit on the benches. Definitely one of the more beautiful parts of the city. Well after a two Mile walk you would hope so.
l. l.Good atmosphere where you can enjoy sunshine and sunny days. Surely the water isn't good to swim but you can spend your time relaxing in this location.

P. M.A seaside location, great for parties! Even a church uses it on a Sunday morning. Great facilities too. I had my 70th there and it accommodated 150 easily.
K.Great place for venues, where you can hire the hall, bar staff and catering staff to come in. You can have music here aswell if you want. Perfect for parties, weddings, anything like that. People are lovely. Would recommend to anyone.
