Great service. Got booked in less than 30 minutes after filling in the website contact form (after 5pm - they work to 7pm I think). Guys who did the actual work a few days later were amazing. Efficient collection (with a bit of nice banter), packed in very tightly in their truck to give a very fair price by volume.

Excellent Service: Following a personal recommendation we contacted Junk-Away and were very pleased with the efficient and friendly service, from initial visit to quotation then picking up of the load. On the first job, they took a large pile of old decking timbers from the back garden and loaded them into their truck, cleaning up behind themselves very efficiently, all for a very fair price. We have used them again for building rubble dug from the garden, and again they provided excellent service. Happy to recommend them and wish them every success as they are performing a very necessary function making it easy to recycle materials.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I just have to say how impressed I am with JunkAway. They have just cleared my late uncle’s property and garden for me, of years and years worth of ‘junk’. I can’t stress enough how much mess my uncle had hoarded over his lifetime! It wouldn’t have been a pleasant task, and I had been dreading doing it myself. But then I saw a recommendation on Facebook, from someone local, who’d used their services and I thought I’d give them a call. I’m so glad that I did. I live on the other side of the country, so all the arrangements were easily made over the phone, and Frankie, who I spoke to, was really helpful. All enquiries were answered promptly and efficiently. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more! On the day of the clearance they arrived on time, I was given a progress report during the day, and then photographs of the before and after, as I couldn’t be there in person. They have done an absolutely fantastic job, better than I could have thought possible, and I will definitely be using them again soon for another task I have in mind! Thoroughly recommended!!!
