Found out about Life Effect and their new practice courtesy of a stall at my gym - got myself signed up for a free consultation and never looked back. I started with constant tension headaches, jaw pain and sciatic pain walking long distances. After a few weeks of adjustments I've found my headaches have greatly reduced, I've had no sciatic pain at all and my jaw has improved. I have also been provided with an exercise regime to help support the changes being made. Both Dr. Jade and Dr. Tom have been excellent, talking through what they are about to do at each stage of the appointment (really helpful to someone with anxiety!) and with the adjustments themselves. Lucien and Chloe on front desk have also been great, accommodating all of the changes I've needed to make to the treatment schedule as a result of work, and always offering a warm welcome! After allowing some time to see how it all worked, I think it's safe to say that Life Effect comes highly recommended from me. It's been a great investment in my health and I look forward to improving more.

Wish I had gone earlier. I feel so much better already and I am still at the beginning of my treatment plan. I have been adjusted by both Dr Jade and Dr Tom who make me feel at ease ( I was very apprehensive at first) and always explain process in depth and happy to answer any questions/concerns. My lower back pain has gone and shoulder pain/neck stiffness is much improved. Lucien and Chloe at the front desk are wonderful - and go above and beyond to accomodate a busy schedule. Such a friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in you are greeted with such friendly receptionist. The chiropractors genuinely care about you and advise the best care plan for you. I struggled with headaches for a long time and since coming to life effects they have significantly decreased and my posture has improved. They are amazing!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Initial assessment was comprehensive, the most in depth I've ever experienced. Dr.Jade really explained the results of her assessment and my x-rays well, taking her time to ensure I understood everything. Dr. Tom sorted out a problem I'd had with my vertebra which previous chiropractor was unable to spot or fix. Looking forward to feeling more human again with ongoing adjustments to sort out my wonky bones!

Amazing transformation. I will try and condense my comments. I was in a RTA in 1981, went through a car window at 70mph In 2003 I was in an RTA where a car collided with my bike. In 2008 I was involved in an RTA on Mount Kent, Falklands. Broke 3 ribs, internal bleeding and many cuts and bruises In 2019 I was hit by a BMW whilst out walking. I have lived with constant pain as a result for over 40 years. After several adjustments at Life effect I am no longer wrestling to get a comfortable nights sleep. I have better neck movement, sleeping better and feel more alert. My sciatica pain has almost gone away so I’m looking forward to more sessions. I really regret not going to a chiropractor decades ago. I’m no longer a sceptic and really appreciate the incredible skills of Dr Tom and Dr Jade and the efficiency of all the staff at the new Southampton branch. Thanks you

I have been seeing life effect since around May 2022. I couldn’t recommend them more, I have a chronic condition that ensures I will never be pain free but they have made my life so much more comfortable I actually have periods now of feeling “normal” to top it off Dr Tom and the team have helped not just me but my son get back to normal far faster after experiencing a bad concussion! They are worth the investment in your own health!!

Before engaging with Life Effect, I had been suffering from aching and painful hip joints and regular headaches. Previous visits periodically to a chiropractor had only partially helped. Life Effect was recommended by a friend and whilst their treatment regime and frequency of visits was totally different to any former treatments, I soon realised how effective the sessions were without the feeling that the whole of my body had been disturbed. Having had some knee issues and a shoulder ache which just wouldnt go away and being told there was at least a 2year waiting list to be assessed by NHS , I decided to try a Chiropractor to see if it could help. Dr Tom did the initial assessment and plan of treatment. I can honestly say I am pretty much back to how I felt about 3 years ago before everything started to hurt without medical intervention, either pills or surgery. Regular adjustments, check ups and exercises have all helped me get back to being able to walk dogs without pain and hold the new grandchildren. I feel in very safe hands when I am being adjusted, even when my neck is cricked! I have been going to Life Effect for a couple of years now. Prior to starting with them, I couldn't walk for longer than about 10 minutes without horrible back pain and driving for long periods made me very sore. After only about a month I started to see amazing differences and now I rarely get pain, can walk for miles and sleep better. My life has changed completely. Thoroughly recommend them

Only my first session today (though I have been once before for a consultation and X-Rays) but I can definitely say it's a 6/5 for friendliness and customer service. From the front desk team, to the care and adjustment team; you feel at ease and at home straight away. Jade is really nice, made the consultation/assessment process super easy and encouraged questions. Then today Tom of course sorted me right out. Sure, there was some important twisting, pushing and cracking. Most importantly though, he was super friendly and throughout the process proves his amount of knowledge; helping keep your mind at rest. Thanks Team, was a lovely visit! 👌💪
