I called Adam on a Monday morning and he was able to visit me the same afternoon. Him and his apprentice was very friendly and professional. He let me know what he was going to do and everything he needed was with him. No mess was left. He charges for the first hour and then every half hour unlike other traders. We would definitely use his services again *****

Highly recommend. Called Monday and was booked in Friday (he even swapped some stuff around to make sure I could make the school run). Had a heating engineer from another company have a look at our boiler which we thought was kettling and had an intermittent error. They quoted £750 to fix and recommended that we should get a new boiler. Adam from Titan popped over the same day we got in touch as he had had a cancellation. Unlike the previous company, he took the cover off and tracked the issue through various elements of the system and found a blocked waste pipe had made the water back all the way up into the boiler causing a water bubbling sound so was not kettling at all. Blockage removed, system tested and all in perfect working order. Great advice given, friendly and professional throughout. I was so impressed, we booked a follow up service and to replace some parts that were recommended. Adam explained why he recommended the replacement parts and showed me in detail. More work will be coming your way for sure, great service.

I had been looking for a good plumber for a while to resolve a low water pressure problem I have had in my home for years but always told by others there was nothing that could be done without it costing me a lot of money & no guarantee it would resolve the issue & then by chance I was recommended to Adam. When he came to my home, it was obvious straight away that his knowledge was vast, he explained in detail what my options would be to improve the problem, quoted me a very reasonable price & he has just completed the job to a very high standard. Gave me a heads up once they realised they had a spare bit of time one evening and came straight over and installed the new shower in a couple hours leaving a brilliant new shower and a very happy customer. This is the first time we used the gas line in our kitchen. Adam came over before hand to make sure we could use it so we didn’t waste our time or money buying a cooker we couldn’t use. Luckily we could! He extended our gas pipe to make sure it was safe and within an hour we had a working cooker again. Very professional and friendly, important to be tidy too which they were.
