The fact that finance, and part ex discussion can all be done over the phone is worth it’s weight in gold to me! I don’t think I would go anywhere else for a car. This is my second time using Accept Car Finance, and both times the service has been second to none. This Company is amazing! I had been declined finance a number of times in the past and had already sold my car, so obviously was really worried about not having one. I can not say how good the whole process was. Daniel McDonald was dealing with me and he was polite and patient with what I needed in a vehicle and he got me a peach of a car. I live 200 miles away from their office and was dubious about getting a car without viewing it, Daniel assured me by stating that they will deliver the car and if on delivery I did not like it then I don't sign for it and they bring it back. Heads up, i first had my initial dealings with these guys over 4 months ago when i purchased a 220 Mercedes and it was easy and faultless with the car delivered to my front door, however, although the car was immaculate in every sense; it just wasn't me! so i gave the guys a call to see if anything could be done? i spoke with a Mr William Hume who was fantastic in helping me out, he asked me to see if anything else on the website was of interest, i reverted back to my "car of choice" initially and asked if a deal could be done on a BMW M3! it was a faultless process and they even sorted out transferring my private plate over to my new vehicle, but during the swapping over of vehicles; I left some valuable items in the rear compartment!!, as it was a Sunday and the offices were closed; i contacted Will via text message informing him of my mistake, although he was not at work at the time; he rang me and ensured me that the items would be looked for and posted first class back to me, i was then contacted by William on the Monday to inform me that all my valuables had been found and dispatched. as promised; they all duly arrived and i would like to thank him personally and also the company for the way i have been dealt with throughout! Bought a 2011 VW Tiguan a couple of yrs ago.Although there were a few teething problems which I have to mention were put right without any quarms what so ever my wife and myself are very happy to have such a lovely car Thank you Rix Motors(Accept car finance) but since after the 1st 12 months it's turned into a horror story... The clutch went n needed a whole new 3 part clutch ££££££££ ! New brake caliper had to be put due to original siezing. Needs new shocks all round and requires a new water pump so in turn a new timing belt as well..... Car off road now as mot ran out back in March 2020 n cant afford to repair as too expensive.... I wouldnt mind but car has only done 47000 miles........ Feel let down by Rik motors........ Won't buy another car off them not even if my life depended it ! So be warned ! Totally feel right royally ripped off by this company. Be safe n save guard your hard well earned money......... Keep away !
