The moment I have met Dawn I knew we are in safe hands. My 12 year old daughter for more than a year suffered with severe anxiety,every single day was a struggle. After 5 sessions of EMDR therapy and Hypnotherapy, daily recordings, my daughter is in completely different place. I am very grateful for everything Dawn did for us. I recommend Dawn to everyone, she has an amazing personality and warmth. She is truly professional, experiencenced and amazing Psychotherapist.

Dawn was extremely friendly and the set up very relaxed so she immediately related well to Dawn who supported her in overcoming issues. She also gave a detailed explanation of how hypnotherapy works which I found really helpful as I was a bit ceptical at first. I cannot say enough good words about Dawn, she's given me my life back 100% I always felt better after seeing Dawn, she has a wonderful personality and is so knowledgeable and fascinating I could talk to her all day, but more than that she has a really good understanding of issues and can throw a different light on a situation which helps with the treatment. I saw her for anxiety, help with a minor operation & arachnaphobia. The arachnaphobia was actually tied to something else subconsciously which Dawn was able to break down in the sessions. I can't hold a spider but I can be near one and stay calm. I know it sounds daft to people that don't have a phobia of them but it is a big achievement for me. I was so cynical going for the consultation but I'd tried every other method for dealing with anxiety and nothing was working. After my first session with Dawn I was able to go to the cinema later the same day, something I'd not been able to do for years. There is still an element of living with anxiety but it's more that I'm aware of it but it's not strong enough to stop me anymore. I had 2 sessions related to anxiety and honestly can't believe the improvement. Following those Dawn helped me with a session to prepare for a minor operation I was worried about and then for a strong case of arachnaphobia, it's taken a few more sessions to deal with the spiders but there has been a drastic improvement. No matter how cynical, if you're curious enough to read through these reviews please book in to see her for a consultation. If she can help you, she will and she will be honest about it. I have recommended her to friends, family & even my mum's customer base and will continue to recommend her, I can't repay her enough for giving me back my life and hate to think of anyone suffering the way I was when Dawn could help.

Dawn is a really lovely genuine caring person. She listens openly with her heart. I was extremely surprised how after only one session of EMDR, I quickly recovered from PTSD. I feel so much happier in myself now and the nightmares have stopped too!
