Nice place. We go to play table tennis, then have a wander round the lake. Parking is free for the first hour. Would probably stay longer if the Engine Room was open to get drinks etc.

Great place for meetings. Good facilities, location and access. Local parking, short and long stay (pay at the machines or in Chadwick house). Multiple rooms available of different sizes, and catering options available. Everyone in the local area and industries know of the Engine Rooms so a great location for a market engagement event. Fantastic for work and catching up. It's clean, the volume is a reasonable level and there are more than ample amounts of varying seating with electric points. The refreshments on offer are more than enough to keep you going, and the ladies on the Starbucks counter are extremely pleasant. It is free parking for one hour, or three hours if you spend £3 which you are likely to do.

Nice spacious modern dining area, food options are OK if a little limited but good good quality and well cooked. Lots of space to sit and eat or work overlooking the little pond. There is outside seating under a canopy or by the pond.

Car park is deceptively spacious but you just need to go along the first bit that is quite narrow. Otherwise the building is very well put together bright and good for meetings to have clear and uninterrupted Wi-Fi. I was impressed by the friendly staff and the overall cleanliness and set up with the building.

This place is always immaculate and we'll tended. The staff have been there a long time and are all really helpful. Food options are good and the facilities are excellent. Parking is also free for an hour for short meetings, lunch etc.

Relaxing cafe and restaurant set beside large duck pond with a fountain. Happy helpful staff. Modern clean comfortable seating. Park across the road free for an hour. Else I think you need to get parking ticket 'validated' somewhere.

Nice place, nice food. However - It is difficult to find prices of most items. The TV screens advertised a "meal deal" of a drink, sandwich and snack for £3.90. When I bought my family 4 such "deals" I was charged over £18. There was no explanation of what was and wasn't in the deal. If there was the TV screen changed so quickly, I couldn't find it.

Always very mixed results. The food always looks great but can be a bit hit and miss taste wise. Not cheap, but not mega expensive either. Some odd practices though. The guy who got served before me got twice as much meat given to him than I got because the chef came over and told the server that what he had just sliced up was all that was left. Not quite sure how that works!

After a recent refurbishment the cafe at the Centre looks very trendy and has a large variety of food, including a vegetarian counter named the "hungry carrot". It can get busy at lunchtimes however any other time you can go in for a coffee and get served very quickly by friendly staff.

Nice place , I visited for business trip. It sold sandwiches and coffee and had WiFi . It also had ducks and live music. Nice indeed not much gluten free however and it stopped serving coffee about 4 but stayed open to sell cold drinks. Only 3 stars because of the lack of gf.
