We are so happy we went to Warrington Glass as they were so helpful and professional. Then a few months later we had a call to say we had won the Christmas draw. Thought someone was pulling my leg at first when he said it was a front door. Wow and what a wonderful prize it looks great. Thank you just doesn't cover it.

I'm updating my review as whilst I've had some issues getting hold of someone throughout the ordering process and then the window shattering whilst I was holding it (not in contact with anything so suspect some kind of fault), Warrington Glass have kindly offered to replace the window and have done so today. I appreciate that it is impossible to prove that I never broke the window by it coming in to contact with something and they could of interpreted it that way, but they have been kind enough to trust my account of what happened. Thank you :)

I have had a problem with an opening window in my bedroom for several years and thought it needed replacing. I contacted Warrington Glass who came to look and instead of around £650 for a replacement, they identified it just needed a new hinge fitting. They did this quickly and efficiently at a fraction of the cost of a replacement window. I was particularly impressed with the honesty of the company, as well as the speed with which they reacted to my query. I would highly recommend this company.

My initial dealings with Warrington Glass were positive and helpful. It was for a double glazing unit, a small job. The service was excellent in terms of speed of estimate visit, ordering and installation. The workmen were polite, considerate as they wore shoe covers, cleaned up properly, and very efficient. We considered a replacement composite door due to the fact that we were facing replacing a wooden door for the fourth time, which is on the side of our property and faces the majority of the bad weather. Warrington Glass provided me with replacement windows earlier in the year and we approached them to discuss our requirements for the door. Bill was extremely helpful in advising us what would suit our needs best and gave us the confidence to proceed with the replacement as we had reservations due to the age and design of our property - a Lodge House built in 1890's with all wooden window frames and extensive wooden conservatory. The new door looks great and fits in perfectly with the overall decor and image of the house and we are delighted with the end result - a much better fitting product with added security. I would be delighted to recommend Warrington Glass for any glazing needs as they employ a knowledgeable team, their work is competitively priced and their service is clean and efficient. A very satisfied customer!

My UPVC front door lock broke as I was leaving the house, leaving me stuck. Called Warrington Glass who checked availability, called me back promptly, and in less than two hours had a repair engineer out to me, who sorted the problem quickly and effectively. You can't say better than that, and no hidden charges either. Great customer service, very fair price for the job, would not hesitate to use them again, and recommend them to others.

I'm very pleased that I chose to use Warrington Glass. The office kept me fully informed from asking someone to come out to do the initial quote, then advising me of the costs and then arranging for the fitting all within less than 2 weeks. I had 8 failed units replaced and was kept fully informed on the fitting day of the expected arrival time. All the people I spoke to duirng this process, including the fitters, were very polite, friendly, tidy & efficient. Invoicing was also prompt and accurate.
