I started seeing Vanessa over 7years ago due to struggling with migraines and found her treatments helped no end (so much so that I haven’t had one for many years now), I then continued to see her during both my pregnancies and after as my body changed and she also treated my children as babies (cranial osteopathy) to help with issues caused from birth. I find Vanessa to be highly professional and always trust in her treatment and technique. My husband is also a patient and we have recommended many people over the years. You will be in good hands for sure!

Vanessa has been treating me after years of shoulder issues, and has been absolutely fantastic. She is understanding, knowledgable and genuinely cares. her after care and advise is second to none. After seeing so many people for my shoulder injury and not getting much pain relief Vanessa has literally changed my life! I can no who my sports and more comfortable at work. Highly recommend and I will never go anywhere else.

I can’t recommend Vanessa enough. I first came to her when I was having sharp pains in my shoulders it was disrupting my sleep and affecting my work. Vanessa has also helped me though my lower back aches and pains during both pregnancies. Every time I visit Vanessa she is warm and welcoming and I always feel completely comfortable and relaxed during my sessions. I’d most definitely recommend her to anyone.

I went to see Vanessa a few years ago due to my lower back and neck problem. She absolutely knew what I was talking about even though I have seen chiropractor before I felt Vanessa knew what the problem was. I felt amazing after a treatment. I finally felt that my pain is getting sorted. I have been a customer ever since. Vanessa is extremely professional friendly and highly knowledgeable person. Also she is very flexible if I have to see her even on the same day. I could not recommend her services highly enough. Her treatment room is very clean calm and inviting. Location is perfect with great parking outside. Amazing value for money too.

I have been seeing Vanessa for years and cannot recommend her highly enough. I suffer with a neck problem after an injury misdiagnosis following a car accident. This injury impacts on my whole back. Vanessa is experienced, thorough, very professional, very friendly with a great sense of humour. All these traits help put you at ease during treatment. I see her for a maintenance programme that keeps my neck and back flexible and pain free. Vanessa is all about her patients. If my neck is in crisis she fits me in, likewise if she feels I can extend the time between appointments then she recommends that. Her treatment room is well equipped and patient well-being and hygiene are taken very seriously. Despite living in a COVID world everything is sanitised between patients.

Vanessa Hayward is an extraordinary Osteopath, and I have been attending her clinic for some years. The first occasion was for a frozen shoulder which, after a few appointments, was as good as new! She even made a massive improvement on my other shoulder which had also been frozen but had limited movement in it following several sessions at a BUPA clinic and also two steroid injections, being told by BUPA that this was the best it would be, however, Vanessa also made a huge improvement in the movement on this shoulder too. She also helped enormously with a bulging disc I had in my spine which resulted in dreadful sciatica down my leg, recommending which painkillers my doctor needed to prescribe so I would at least walk at the time! After very careful and personalised treatment, including acupuncture, I was back in good shape, all thanks to her! Would highly recommend Vanessa Hayward to anyone, in fact I did refer two friends to her who are also delighted with their treatment. She will always make herself available at very short notice if ever I am in pain, which I am hugely grateful for. Sometimes all it takes is a ‘quick fix’, other times two or three visits does the trick with my ageing bones and muscles! I couldn’t manage without her. Clinic is very bright and clean, and Vanessa adheres strictly to current COVID rules.
