The people that I dealt with were very nice but unfortunately, not their fault, they could not help me bùt they contacted others they thought could. It was a long wait to see someone and people were being turned away so I think people should get there as early as they can.

The staff/volunteers are very helpful but all they ever do is refer you to their website which is a minefield when it comes to finding out the right information. We needed practical advice about who to turn to.
