K. O.Excellent modern flexible working offered here. From monthly office rental to desks per hour. Nice people, free broadband, free tea and coffee, great networking opportunities too as Worthing and Adur Chamber of Commerce is also based on the site.

With a day rate,for hot desking to weekly and monthly payment plans, it's highly cost effective. With Wifi, admin support and an opportunity to work with other startup businesses in the area. It makes it an ideal location. What with cheap student food, Costa coffee and free parking all your needs are catered for! I've used on a couple of times and found it very useful.
