Excellent service. Friendly driver, on our journeys anyway. Good timetable, didn’t wait 5 minutes on outbound journey, and about 8 minutes for return. Stops right at The Shambles. Good price too. We paid £10 for a family ticket which gave us access to all day travel, and included the parking. Good stuff.

Excellent facility, easy access, lots of parking, good signage and clearly laid out and marked. Reasonable price to park as well, it's a no brainer using it.

The obvious choice if your going into York city centre. Only £3:50 return for the whole day against up to £14 in some car park plus if you have a elderly persons bus pass it's only £1:20.

Great value. Frequent bus service into York (final stop opposite York station) so no stressing over city parking and costs. Plenty of spaces and good toilet facilities.

Very easy access into the city with plenty of parking, there is some building work taking place next door and some workmen use the Carpark. There is toilets in the reception area. Pay on the bus with contactless is easy.

Great way to get into town. Bus every 10 mins. Kids free. £2.80 return. Remember to ask the driver to validate your parking token

Can someone who is in charge please pass on my heartfelt thanks to the blonde lady bus driver who stopped at an extra stop to make sure I got my next bus when the other buses radio failed to work. She restored my faith in buses. Thank you

Really good idea as there was a shopping complex around it and not too far from york city centre itself and good value for money as york is so expensive for parking and buses were very regular too

A well run operation. Free to park, pay to ride. Groups can buy a First Group Day ticket saving loads. One person rides for about the price of one hour's parking, so great value. Eco friendly electric buses too.

Not particularly cheap and very crowded. Its a trade off between getting stuck in city centre traffic and inordinate central car parking fees. Should be more of a no-brainer IMO
