N.Clean. Well lit. Air conditioned. Spacious. Safe. Crime free. I liked that you can get in and out of spaces without scraping your car body against metal barriers which is the case with many other facilities in the city. The fact that our car was still there after over four hours was a huge bonus. You don't mind the £10 fee for such novelties in Birmingham City Centre.
O. D.Massive multi-storey building with a large open area on each floor to put lots of cars. Fantastic experience. I guess if more cars were on every floor then maybe not so fantastic but that’s the roulette we play with car parks
Y. M.Big car park with lots of spaces so can usually guarantee a parking space. And they are very easy to find because of the lighting system... red light indicates space taken and green light indicates vacant space, which avoids you having to drive up and down when busy. Last visit Monday afternoon and it was very quiet.
N. F.I wish all car parks were like this. Maybe it could be cheaper, but it's a price worth paying. The Bull Ring car park is the easiest one to find and is the cleanest and most spacious. It exits directly into the shopping centre.
E. H.Excellent location, light, bright and clean. You may wonder at the 3 out of 5? I'd have given a 5 but I'm in a wheelchair and half the lifts don't work and neither did the ticket machine.
