It is what it is... a car park. Not much to review really. There was a a warden inside who was helpful with questions that we had about the green air zone charge etc as we are not from the area and travelling in the city was confusing for us.
We paid via the parking app as we didn't have change, which is useful as you can add more time on if needed. No issues here.

Decent cark park, conveniently located close to the city centre. Prices are reasonable. No lifts, so you'll need to a bit of walking if you are parked near the top and have a pushchair. We ended up parking quite a few floors up as if you are in anything other than a small hatchback then the parking spaces are quite small. Concrete pillars in almost every other space further hinder the width so most sets of three spaces were taken up by a single car in the middle.

We used this carpark when we took our granddaughter to see Stickman at Birmingham Townhall. There was quite a lot of parking spaces available for this early morning production.
It location means it's well positioned for use when visiting any attraction towards Broard Street.
The downside is that it's starting to look a bit shabby and with the roadworks around the city centre it is awkward to get to.

Reasonable car park near city centre of Birmingham. Didn't feel particularly secure and is situated near some high rises that looked quite scary to be around at night. Would recommend using in the day but not sure in the evening or night time.

Free parking for the disabled which is great, plus as my mother in law wanted to visit the symphony hall this carpark was the nearest and relatively easy for her to walk (slowly at least) to the venue.

Car park was clean no 'dirty little corners ' for unwanted visitors to pee, security was visible so you felt your vehicle was safe. Had problems trying to locate carpark after the concert. But all ib all a pleasure to park here

Cheap parking for the area, opposite The Library, I had just 2 options to pay, use coins or call an automated number, they also have an app called RingGo.
Tricky to get here if you don`t come from Brindley Place area, the main road at the back of the parking has just one entry point which is a bus lane, apparently not enforced yet.
Google Maps managed to get me lost so watch out.
I used Cambridge St as destination to avoid being taken on a long detour to get to this car park.
