f. b.A lovely hotel with brilliant customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone who plans on seeing Birmingham. Spent the night with my partner and it was amazing. The interior design is beautiful. The breakfast buffet selection was one of the best ones I’ve had, very attentive staff, you don’t need to tell them anything is missing for e.g the orange juice, they notice and fill it up automatically. Lovely views from the room, was nice watching the sunrise together.
Only downfall was the other guests staying on the same floor. Very disrespectful they chose to argue at 1am in the middle of the corridor with other guests sleeping at the same time.
But overall will be coming back. Loads of stores and restaurants next to the hotel which saved us travelling out in the cold weather.

We had a baby shower at this location and the staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure the evening was a success!

The car park was located just next door. It’s fairly tight but still manageable in a large car.

s. k.Great hotel! Had a one night stay here, check in was smooth and the staff very friendly. The room was clean and everything you could want from a 4 star hotel. Therqe was a good selection at breakfast and plenty of it. If I'm ever in Birmingham, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

M. S.I stayed here with my partner a few nights ago which we were welcomed straight away by amazing staff! What looks like an amazing hotel on the outside is equally as great on the inside especially from the staff at reception!
We were served by Hassan who kept us laughing and did everything smoothly and quickly. We were offered a preference of what room floor we wanted in which he gave the 14th floor with a fantastic view! Whenever we had a problem with the keys not working he was there to sort things out which made things a lot easier as when we were complaining about the smell he was came up himself to spray the air freshener all down the hall which smelt lovely! He also helped bring our luggage up which was heavy and finally offering complimentary drinks to smooth things over and it worked because we enjoyed that!
Overall it was great to stay here and we will be certainly coming back especially because of the service the staff gave as well! Brilliant staff, brilliant food, brilliant rooms!
Definitely will be seeing us again soon!
D. P.Spectacular communal areas and everywhere is designed to a high standard. We can't grant the elusive 5⭐ as the bedroom was compact and fairly basic. Other hotels at a similar price offer separate shampoo, conditioner, dressing gowns and even slippers.
r. a. r.The hotel and staff are really nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also quite good! Location is quite good although a bit far from the city centre but still accessible. Definitely recommend.
A.Exquisite hotel with luxury spa, restaurant and outside balcony. Menu food was lovely, a little wait at bar to be serviced, drink exceptionally overpriced. Staff welcoming and will accommodate your requests. Rooftop function area ceiling to floor glass, pararemic views.

M.Immaculate rooms, great location and very professional and friendly staff. I had a bad nights sleep due to ongoing road works and I was next to the elevators which are very noisy - there was also a commotion with a drunken woman who eventually got arrested by the police. Alex at reception omitted my parking costs for the inconvenience. Amazing customer service. I would use again.

Parking is available at the hotel although it is very expensive, as is the food and drink prices which have an automatic service charge built in.
Magnificent array of food at breakfast catering for every eventuality and the staff were very friendly.
The meeting rooms are situated on the 15th floor and are very good as are the staff covering this area. Great service from Rackesh.
