Reviews of Town Hall Car Park

I was going to an event at the town hall and chose this car park as it was closest. I didn’t know there was a foot exit on the 3rd floor I think. That made the walk to the town hall a lot shorter. The car park is fine overall well lit but I is so narrow when you turn the corner at the end of each row when going up or down. When I arrived it was really quiet but by the time I was leaving it was busy. Only one car can really be at the end point at a time safely. I would say they need to look at making this a bit easier and safer in the future.

Do not get confused with "No Entry" at the entrance that is the exit.
Proper entry is immediate left to that.
Tickets vending machines are located in each floor. Payments can be made through card/coin/by mobile phone and contact through the phone.

Well located for city centre, average prices but can be tight to drive up the levels especially on the turns at the end of each level and spaces are pretty tight for larger cars

Well located for all things central. 2min walk from Birmingham New Street train station and Birmingham Museum and Art gallery/Council House. Great that you can pay via phone/device. Not the cheapest in centre. Google map directions sometimes thinks you have arrived when you are still on the main through way so be careful - if you overshoot it take next left then you will see Grand Central Big silver building, left again then left 100m at traffic lights then it will be on your right.

Always spaces available.
Not too bad just a bit grimy but what can you expect from a public car park
Prices aren't too bad either

Always park here when I'm shopping in Bullring - Birmingham. Lots of parking spaces, easy payment options and it's a few minutes walk from the shopping centre.

Multi-storey, reasonably central carpark; closest to the Town Hall. Average priced for city centre otherwise unremarkable.

Good car park with plenty of place . Highly recommend
