J. a. F. C. a. H. D. H.It's got open fields, a river, woods, and a large pond. Play park for kids, and a car park. Very muddy in the wet months, but we love it!
S. A.Great place to exercise your dog's and a Its very good for outdoor sports with plenty of football and rugby pitches for every one to enjoy, and for those with children there's a very good well equipped play area.
The playing fields are kept very tidy by a hard working team of park rangers and not forgetting there's plenty of litter bins around the fields.

N.This is a lovely place dog walk & bike ride I use it several times a week all different times people are so friendly the local community is outstanding often see people with bags picking up rubbish even though they've not left it... youngsters included very respectful/pleasant my perants brought me through out the summer & I did also with my son & friends I'm 50+ now ... & hope to use it for ever my dog is 15 & from 12 weeks old she's exercised here she loves it even swam in the pond in her younger days Xx

A.Its 18.55..a lovely evening.. i was sat with my son.. watching his son (my grandson) on the skate park.. a few more young ones joined in and yes all seemed calm until the keeper asked us to go because he was locking the gates.. if we could climb over..we could stay.. this was before 1900.. im in my 60s and to be asked to climb over a fence approx 5ft was a bit much.. there was a handful of people on the park and to be fair.. they where responsible parents having fun with ther famillies so why close so early.. oh sorry.. was reminded by the keeper.. he has a home to go to.. SO DO THE REST OF US PARENTS HAVING FUN WITH OUR KIDS.. come and join in xx you to may have a little fun xx
k.Great for dog walking. Always lots of friendly pooches & owners for my labradoodle to play with. Nice play area & skate park for kids too. Nature reserve for anglers & river bank walk is nice in summer.

L. A.Love going for a walk on the fields and river bank, pretending I'm not stuck in the middle of the city. Nice space for exercising, football etc. Sometimes takes a picnic and radio for a cheap few hours out.
Playground and skate park, paddling pool in the summer holidays. Also duck pond with fishing and wooded areas for the kids to play in and make dens.
D. H.Playground has good long and high swings for toddlers, three climbing frames, a zip wire and more. Good skate park too.
J. L.Have just visited Oak Road Allotment site. . Went for lots of bags of compost to be delivered to my allotment site . Well what an amazing place it is. Plenty of gardening stuff to buy. Had a walk around the site. It's absolutely massive. All plots are carefully tended .
J. H.Great open space for Football & Rugby, Cricket as well as a Fishing Lake. We tend to walk oir dog here when visiting our Daughter as there is so much space for him to freely run. There is also a Children's Playground and Skateboard & Bike ramps, so plenty for everyone.

with swans and ducks enjoying the shelter of the embankment.

S. W.I love it here in this park its full of history for the area from King Henry the 8th through to 1600s this is green lane where Charles 1st embcampment was during the seige of Hull such a wonderful green space in the center of such a massive industrial area.
s. u.Some of the equipment is not able to use as cornered off don't know why on a plus building new equipment the musical bugs have been there years and my grandchildren love them they have been cut back but still broken at least sharp bits seems to have gone
A. L.Dont know much about the fields, but a great fishing spot for a novice to learn. not enough wardens with illegal fishing and frustrating non fishers throwing bread in for ducks day after day, attracting ducks to the fishing pega
