Easiest parking I've had, the staff are professional, friendly and very obliging. Our flight was delayed 24 hours I rang them to let them know and they were so reasurring. After arriving back the bus was there within minutes, no hassle whatsoever. I would highly recommend. Quality service, quality staff.

Faultless service. In shuttle bus within 10 mins of parking. Picked up promptly on return. Car fully charged (EV) by Viking for our drive back to the East Yorkshire coast. And the best value of all the car parks as well as being the most straightforward to get to - as long as you realise that it is on the opposite side of the A658 from the main airport site.

I'm giving this a 3 star mainly due to the service we received on our return. Our flight was delayed 1.5hrs, we waited at the stop to be collected from the airport only 5 mins which was fine but our lady driver needs a lesson or 2 in customer service, she never greeted us, we were left to put our cases in the back of the bus and then when we got on our way to the car park she totally ignored us & never spoke a word! I apologised for our lateness explaining our flight was delayed and she continued to ignore us. Yes it was the early hrs of the morning but it is no excuse to be so rude especially to your customers. Apart from this person everything else was excellent, the location the checking in/out and the service going to the airport. Would definitely recommend as long as they teach this member of staff some manners.

I use this place regularly (Leeds/bradford) and have to say they have always been great. Last week I forgot to book in and turned up needing to catch my flight for work at 5am Monday morning. I avoided a disaster due to a young man called James going above and beyond what he had to do and making it possible for me to park and make my flight. Thank you Viking and special thank you once again James, you saved the day.

Cheap, affordable and safe parking for your car when you fly from leeds Bradford airport. The staff are friendly and helpful and they deliver you and your cases to the terminal then back to your car... I'll ne using time and again.

Easy to use airport parking. Booked online, one of the cheaper airport parking. Easy to find, drive in and allow the automatic registration reader scan your car. Park up, drop keys off and get the shuttle taxi to the airport. Quick and friendly service.

Not sure if this car park is in use at present. I went there for a Covid 19 test which was fine. No cars seemed to be using it as an airport car park.

Excellent service for pcr test ,spotlessly clean ,very nice welcoming staff ,even the car park attendant was so polite ,wi recommend to all ,and have already passed the details on to my travel agent who I use ,very impressed 😀xx
