C. T.Very clean with plenty of under cover seating, inside was heated and the single member of staff was friendly and helpful. The buses are now all electric so were quiet, also very clean but although the seats were cimfortable the ride was harsh felling every bump and pot hole, of which there are plenty on the roads in Leicster.

S.Didn't go for the park and ride went to the test centre for my daughter it was ok but can't hear people with windows up masks on there has got tobe a better way.

Not used the park and ride part itself.
S. C.Excellent facility for accessing Leicester. Takes away the stress of having to drive and park in the city centre. Very soon they will be using electric buses to provide the service.

R. W.I had to attend this venue because it is an, APPOINTMENT ONLY, covid-19 testing site. Sorry for the shout but so many people think they can turn up and be tested. The staff are very helpful and all of the guidance is very clear. This is a safe place to get tested and they are very good at their jobs. You do need a mobile phone and you should print out the Q code before you attend and take it with you. You can only attend by car/van with an appointment!

P. J.Perfect set up and distance into the city. Toilets, waiting room available. New barrier system means that you have to pay £5.00 per car with a maximum of 4 adults. So if you as a couple with 1 child are meeting your 2 parents, it will cost you 5.00 each party. ( you need your ticket to exit the car park).
E. B.Super fast COVID drive and test through. Helpful staff and got results 48 hours later. Mush better than when I previously took a home test and it took over 7 days to come back.

D. W.This specific park and ride is most convenient for me personally. The buses run mostly very reliably and I have rarely have to wait for any length of time to get a bus. I just wish that more people would use it because the roads into town get very congested, specially on the weekends.
Maybe people like sitting in traffic and paying more for parking than use the park and ride?

N. W.Great service but has now been turned into covid-19 testing station . The staff carrying out the testing are friendly enough and doing a great job but I wish we could get our park and ride service back.
L. M.First visit. Very helpful drivers. Clean buses, clean toilets. Frequent buses. Dropped us off at Haymarket which was good as last visit another route dropped off further away and too far for me to walk. Well done.

A. T.Brilliant with lots of Car Parking Spaces. Every 15 minutes and costs £4 for a return journey from the time you get there until it closes at 7pm Great value for money. Easy, convenient and saves the nightmare of driving into the city and trying to find a space for a premium price. You get far longer to browse the shops . There are 3 stops you can choose in the city. Either the bus station, the Clock Tower or outside John Lewis. You can also request to drop off at outside the Asda which is close to the Space Station, Aldi, Abbey Park, B&Q and other stores. Brilliant.
S. S.Car park has available spaces throughout the day. Reasonably priced service (much cheaper than Highcross) drop off/pick up locations are well placed. Would like to see it open on Sunday.

N. G.Birstall Park and Ride is very good with exceptionally helpful staff. Direct in to Leicester city centre with no hassle. Only 4 stars because coming from Peterborough it was very difficult to find. The only sign of direction was outside the P and R.?? a couple of more signs would help.
G.This could have been so much better, although busses every 15 minutes throughout the day, compare that to Nottingham park/ ride (Tram) every 3-5 minutes at peak times, and runs until midnight enables you to go into Nottingham to see a show for £2, compare that to Leicester which finishes at 7pm
Used to 'loop' at Royal Hospital, would be great if still did, and London Road railway station. I'm sure would get used more if did so.
Leicester park & ride, Believe it's free if have a Seniors bus pass, was when I used it last year.
Amend that see on their website charges have been introduced for bus pass holders. In future I will not bother with it if that's the case.
