Well located Park and Ride. Spacious bays and lots of them. Buses every 15 minutes into the city centre, so easy. £4 return for a group ticket. Was our first visit to Leicester, and the man on the waiting room desk was very helpful and friendly and a credit to the service.

First time we have used this service to access the Royal Infirmary and avoid the nightmare parking. Easy access and parking and with an every fifteen minute service we were soon outside the Royal. Return journey just as simple although a little further and more long winded. Overall very satisfied with the service and will definitely use again.

Plenty of parking spaces, really clean and helpful staff. Price has gone up a little, it's now £4, but still great value. The driver was great, Tigers were playing at home, so as we got into town, he advised us that things may well get busy that evening, so to avoid the rush and having to wait, he told us times that would be more likely to be less busy.

Excellent service. If you're going into the city, it's a no brainier. I don't 'do' buses, but last month I had to attend a training at City Hall band this bus service was brilliant. £3 to park and ride!! Excellent value.

Great parking,loads of space Very convenient for bus into town about every 15mins all day parking for a car load for only£4. The only downside is if you have a car with a top box you wouldn't get under the entry barrier it's too low

The most genuine bus drivers on earth, always smiling in the morning and making jokes with passengers, your drivers and guys at the desk are a credit- I want to thank them all for brightening my early mornings. As a 20 year old it's incredible to find such a group of lovely people, as many bus drivers can be the opposite.

Really close to the M1. Lots of parking spaces. A bus every 15 minutes. Drops off in the city centre. Recently discovered this service after 3 years of commuting to the centre of Leicester by train. This compares well if you don't mind driving (!). The park and ride bus costs just £3.50 return and of course you can leave the car all day here if you need to.

The waiting area is a bit spartan and could do with a retail kiosk but otherwise a useful facility to avoid the cost of city parking and the hassle of urban driving. Parent and child bays and electric charging points available.

Excellent service as I didnt want to drive into Leicester as I don't know it. Came from M1 and only issue was there wasn't a sign saying I needed to turn right and I drove past. Went round a roundabout and backtracked.

As a newcomer to the Leicester area I find driving in the city a nightmare. Signing, especially at large road junctions is dreadful and that, coupled with aggressive get-out-of-my-way white van men, make me a major fan of the park and ride.

Love the idea of park n ride but it's not exactly cheap... if going into town for a couple of hours it's cheaper to park. Surely the idea is to decongest the roads?

Don't know why people don't use this more, I use it to watch football, it drops you near King Power and picks you up after for 4 quid. Beats the traffic too. Only moan I would have is it doesn't run for late games unless I'm mistaken?

Would be better if it ran on Sundays, at Bank Holidays and above all, 7am until 7pm isn't long enough for people who are working. You can't even have a meal, go to the cinema or theatre, because the service ends too early.
