Beautiful Park to walk around. Lovely sensory garden, and lots of woodland. Perfect for any weather, and for anyone. Such a nice Park to stroll around in, and a free car park! Brilliant.
M. A.
Great for people with kids, dog-walkers and people doing sports. Great park with a free car park. In spring everything is blossoming, so the views around are truly breathtaking 🌸 …
F. Y.
Big park.for easy walking with children and elderly. Car park might be full on weekends.
Spacious children playgrounds, separated to bigger children and toddler ones. Nice walk.in sensory garden. Varieties of fragrant roses on display.
m. C.
Nice place to take the children for a few hours out or walk the dog. Luckly the parking is still free. The toilets are definitely the worst kept I have seen lately. An on site ice cream van sells coffee / hot chocolate if your desperate. But I would suggest to take your own flask. There's exercise equipment and a pre planned route for joggers if that interests you. Or just a nice leisurely walk to blow the cobwebs away.
S. K.
Beautiful with play area tennis court and plenty of space to play football or cricket or have a picnic. Lovely walk through small forest or walk by a small stream.....very family friendly. Beautifully maintained and plenty of flower bushes and trees to please the eye. Love this park in the middle of the city with car park.
M. S.
Nice local park for a walk. Good facilities including outdoor gym, 2 play areas little and bigger kids, tennis courts and golf football. There are toilets usually an ice cream van and plenty of benches around. The area need the brook is nice and shaded and great area for kids to play on hot days. There are also sports pitches for local football and cricket teams.
There's a sensory garden and spinney which are open at set times.
J. G.
Beautiful! You may relax, admire different colours of nature, do sports, play, swing, run and more!
M. T.
Great park. 2 big parks. One for younger children and then older. Huge field.nice walks. Water for dogs to play in. Ice cream van.
N. S.
Always a pleasure to visit here.
Dog friendly, always many dogs, 2 children's playgrounds one for the littles and one for bigger children nice and safe. Outdoor fitness area. Plenty of walking trails and space. Safe for wheelchair and mobile chairs as well as pushchairs.
Most weekends and holidays there is an ice-cream/hot and cold drinks van.
Summer picnics in open spaces and a beautiful sensory garden. Live this park.
H. S.
This is my local park. Facilities are of a high standard and its large enough to have a good walk around. The views are nice and there doesn't seem to be any anti-social behaviour issues there. My daughter enjoys playing in the kids park. My wife didn't have any issues with the public toilets.
K.
A good place to visit with children and also your dogs. There's a little stream for dogs to cool down in and some wooded areas to sniff around. There's a big field to play ball games and a huge children's play park too. You can spend a while here exploring.
C. H.
Nice Park. Good afternoon spent with my daughter. She loved the play park
C. W.
Firm favorite of mine,I usually visit at least once a week even though I don't dog walk.
Lived and worked near it for over 25 years and liked going for a stroll,if ever and i needed to think about something that was praying on my mind, knighton park is the place I come to, apart from that it's a beautifully maintained park and it's particularly spectacular in the autumn when the trees are a kaleidoscope of colours, also early frosty mornings are not to be missed.
R. L.
A nice friendly park for dog walking and exploring off the paths onto leavy and grassiy areas. Clean with plenty of bins, free parking and easy to get to.
Lovely to see it being used by a wide verity of people and children. The cyclists are very polite and ring their bell if approaching from behind. Overall an excellent experience.
S. L.
Nice walk out, wood areas, sensory garden (only open in the week), Brook, fields, excessive equipment, Foothold and a play park. We'll worth a visit. Car park onside too and also a toilet area.
J. P.
Lots of different types of trees nicely laid out. Pleasant place to walk. Play area. Lots if dog walkers but seemed mostly mess free.
D. R.
Nice park, beautiful trees.... but not very inclusive considering these are paid for out of everyone's taxes..
Sensory gardens and spinneys gated and locked on a Saturday lunchtime.
Lots of people walking five dogs each
...more dogs than people
J. G.
Great place for a stroll! Parking, public toilets, outdoor gym, kids play area and local sports! There's a number of paths to walk around some are very well manicured and there's some off-road ones too which take you through wooded areas and a stream. A large array of trees and including a monkey puzzle tree which I love to visit every time!
S. B.
Great park, lots of open areas and activities for everyone. Climbing net, swings, a place to work out and more. Lush nature following a river that runs through the park with lots of thorny bushes but if that doesn't scare you, you can find wonderful areas to relax in.
J. S.
Great park! Decent size too! Nice park for the dog, enough places to run around! Children have plenty to do. Perfect for all seasons!
Z. N.
Beautiful walk and lots of grassy area which is perfect for picnics and to play field sports. There is a beautiful garden area filled with lots of plants and another little garden which is shut temporarily.
A. H.
One of the best kept parks in Leicester. Most dog owners clean up after their dogs so I'm not constantly looking down. I think the park is beautifully arranged and is good to visit at any time of the year. I find the park relaxing and my dogs love it there. Definitely my favourite park.
R. P.
In the summer, this fantastic park can become busy and lively. Local people know that the park is at its best in the early morning when there’s a chance to see all kinds of wildlife, friendly dog-walkers and the natural splendour of trees. I’ve seen a kingfisher flying along the brook; there are foxes, badgers and plenty of squirrels but only when the park is quiet. Knighton park is great for a frosty winter walk and you sometimes get amazing sunset views there. At peak times, it’s brilliant for kids, ice-cream, footgolf, picnics and pooh sticks. There are a couple of gloomy toilets and a heart defibrillator but no cafe or first aid facility. Recommended but please don’t all go at the same time!
C. W.
Knighton Park is beautiful. Lots of green to run on, play football. Outdoor gym, little kids play area & a older kids play area opposite. Ice-cream van is normally there though prices are expensive, £1.50 for a 99 ice-cream, wow!!! Public toilets are disgusting, never ever any loo roll, no toilet seats, dirty loos with a strange smell, it's the only bit that ruins the park. Disabled loo there, though u need a radar key. Overall it's a well looked after park. Car parking at front of park which is free park open till 9pm
s. t.
Brilliant park. Ample cricket and football space. Great nature spots. Good gardens. Simply beautiful.
s. n.
Great place to go and relax. Great for children and dog walkers of all ages
s. s.
Visited for a family picnic so only saw a small section of the park. Had no problem finding a parking space with the park very clean and welcoming. Will definitely return to explore more of the park in the future.
T. L. F.
Great local park, loads of space for kids to run around and explore. Woodland trails, outdoor play areas, tennis courts, grassy areas, football golf. The toilets are a bit grim sometimes, but this is a frequent spot to visit with our young sons.
H. S.
Knighton Park is a Amazing Park with lots of Activities to do. Such as there's the kids play area and of course there's the Ice-cream van with variety of flavours etc. The Park is a lovely place to be with your family for a day out. You can take your Dogs for a walk to. Would recommend definitely to take your family for a day out to the park on a sunny hot day.
D. R.
Leicestershire is blessed with a large number of wonderful parks. Abby park, Bradgate park, Western park, Watermead park to name a few.
Knighton park is a true gem among Leicesters parks. So much to do and see.
You can play a game of tennis on the courts then have a picnic in the gardens. Children have two play areas to use, one for younger children and one for older children. There are plenty of open space in the park, a perfect place for dog walking. You can walk around the woods or visit the sensory garden.
R.
A beautiful park, with a great range of play areas and equipment for young and older children. Nice big green spaces for picnics and play.
Great parking, plenty of space and free stay.
Let down by the state of the public toilets...this us our second visit and it was bad the first too! Disgusting mess al over toilet seat, smelly and unclean. Not suitable for taking children in when they are trying to sit properly on a toilet!!
K. 1.
Nice Park, one I don't visit too often, and so spend most of my time lost. I'm sure it's not that's difficult but I don't seem to have that gene. Give it a visit, what have you got to lose?
Y.
Its a great park, with 3 play areas for all ages. I would have given it 5 stars, however there are some people who have their dogs off lead (for my dog that's not a good thing) and youngsters sometimes smoking... stuff that can make it unenjoyable for some.
S. M. S.
If you only go for the Ice cream then it won’t be a bad idea.
Decent park. Play areas get quite busy. But has plenty of space to walk around.
F. C.
Great Park, we have been bringing our grandchildren here since they were todlers or earlier. Now they are 8 and 6 and they still enjoy it here and plenty to do.
P. F.
Beautiful place to walk with dogs. Ample space for my 4 legged baby. X
A. H.
i absolutely love knighton park its got everything from play areas to benches everywhere Its a great place for dog walking! Im a dog walker & all the dogs i walk on the park love it there i walk some for half an hour & others an hour The good thing about knighton park is there is a pathway you can follow when its heavy rain or its really muddy elsewhere the downside is it does get very muddy & one needs to wear wellies In the summer months knighton park is very good with its brooks & streams for the dogs to cool down in!
J. W.
Knighton Park is our local park and is a very popular dog walking park, sadly it is well under staffed like lots of public places so the maintenance gets a little neglected from time to time.
M. P.
Lovely park.. Great for kids play area, sports such as a tennis. A lot of people walk dogs there on a seperate path which is nice.
H. K.
Lovely park, one of few that still has a free car park. Plenty to do for everyone. There is an outdoor gym area, a playground for younger children with swings, climbing frames and sand pit. A playground for older children with larger swings, climbing frames. Basketball courts, table tennis table. Plenty of large green spaces to play ball games or chill out. There's even a small stream flowing through. Its not a very large park but big enough to have a nice stroll.
B. C.
Best Park in leicester. Lovely for picnic's, flying kites, playing football, tennis etc. Got two playgrounds for children. One is for little children and one for older children. There's a stream that goes through the park, my kids used to play in it during summer and cool off. We had so much fun in this park.
K. j.
Love this park ....my dogs love it too ...clean ...friendly & great walk dogs love to paddy in lakes ....good park area for tots n teens tennis area too plus picnic area and gym it's a thumbs up for me ....
J. C.
Really big . Plenty to do for children. Lots of different fields to walk dogs off lead. There's nice stream . Always seems well kept. Lots activities take place
N. H.
Local park and its great for rambling around with the kids and let them blow off steam on the park also wearing them out too ... Good for walking the dog too ..
y. p.
Great Park, lots of greens, kids love both play areas. Foot golf available good time and day out
I. S.
Taking dog for a walk always plenty of scenery, new wildlife open area but no fogs allowed on guide dogs
M. H.
Nice park for a walk. Has two children playgrounds, and an outdoor gym. Could do with a bigger car park though. Nearly always at capacity even in the winter months
B. S.
Excellent for kids. Nice pleasant dog walkers. And not as messy with usual park rubbish thrown. Excellent old steam system wich allows it to flow 24/7
So helps not getting stagnant like some others I could mention. Today unfortunately there was an excess of litter. Time of year. And selfish people.
J. K.
A little chaotic, overall good park. Vegetation needs a bit of a trim - it's taking over!
a. j.
What a beautiful park.nice family atmosphere.this is a beautiful park hidden away.once you go there you want to go again.please go and see for yourself
C. V.
Great park for all ages, cyclists and dogs. Large playgrounds for young and older kids, free-to-use tennis courts and basketball shooting court. Large open flat fields, football golf area, exercise area, toilets and usually an ice cream van, even today! Quite popular but never stupidly busy, car park is free.
M. S.
Although I live 30 min away it was my first visit in Knighton Park today. It is lovely place with lovely people and lots of attractions. It's quite large as well, so ideal for dog walks!
C. M.
Beautiful well looked after park. Good for walking, sitting, dog walking. Areas for adult exercise, children's play area and dog exercise. Plenty space to enjoy the fresh air and nature.
S. D.
Great park with good playground for the kids. Lots of good walks. Take a football and you can play foot golf (its free!) There is even an outdoor gym. Lots of free grass areas and tennie court and table tennis. Whats not to like about this park!
G. B.
This is a lovely place to go you get a mixture of people there and the garden are beautiful
M. C.
Great Park for dog walking but please pick up it's mess. Popular place and can get busy. Plenty of room and usually an ice cream man on the nice days.
S. H.
Very pretty park, lovely trees.
S. M.
Great place to visit with children.
Toilets close to the play area.
H. A.
We enjoy this park as a family. There is quite a few things that make it special. You have the beautiful gardens and the kids play area. Plenty of grass land to run around and a small brook running through that the kids love to play in.
N. S.
Great place for adults and children alike. Plenty of open space to picnic or play. Lots of paths to walk, easy walks as mostly on the level. Great for dog walkers too. Playground for children, fitness area for the able to do bodies. Car park for reasonable amount of cars, including disabled parking spaces. There are public toilets in the park. Lot more I could add but too much to mention.
A. H.
Choice of nice paths, lovely meadows, sensory garden, stream, great playgrounds for younger and older kids (or even kids at heart), fitness equipment, foot golf, football pitches, picnic areas, toilets, and a very good car park. In school holidays and at weekends an ice cream van stays around for several hours.
N. N.
Lovely park with 2 large fields and a hidden se sensory garden, has lots of car park spaces.
T. G. M.
amazing space with a lovely stream, ideal for dog walkers
S.
Beautiful park.
The kids can play in the two playgrounds.
There are 1 tennis court, football grounds, cricket grounds and athletic grounds.
One of the best sides to walk or go with your dog.
Also there is a ice cream truck.
D. T.
Great park. Doesn’t look very big from the outside but once you get inside it’s quite a good size. Kids love the golfball set up. Great for dog walkers. Wooded area as well as grass a park and gym. Well worth a visit
B. “.
Such a wonderful park. Many different paths and lots of space. You can spend hours just wandering along by the river, through woodland, sensory garden, flowered beds and spacious playing fields. Love it.

Great area for children and dogs but perhaps not if you do not like dogs. Plenty of seating and litter bins.
Great selection of trees and shrubs. Shady areas and a clean brook, fit for dogs and children.

Beautiful and well maintained park. Tennis and basketball courts, children's play areas, footgolf and outdoor gym available.
j. s.
lovely place for children and dog walkers alike , play areas mini golf a stream lots of open spaces and an ice cream man
J. W.
I love this park, it's great to get some exercise and to be social (within 2 metres) also you meet the dogs and use the gym equipment outside. Great routes for jogging or walking l with plenty of space for the dogs and\or kids to run around.
Toilets on the route are now open and nice and clean and parking on site remains free but spaces are limited. Wheel chair friendly spaces are available and wheelchair access is available throughout the park although my visit today on December 6th was a little muddy and cold but still much enjoyed walking around and saying hello to other people.
Remember to be safe and protect yourself and others...
A. C.
Nice park well kept. Children's play areas, foot golf, Public parking and toilets.
J. A.
Regularly walk our dogs here. Beautiful scenery, wide open spaces for them to run around in and play with other dogs. Only negatives we found are that on a weekend, we see teens in there drinking and the following day there is the inevitable smashed bottles which is a risk to kids and dogs alike. Also, having some wood chips on the mud paths would be appreciated as it can get get really sludgy at times, even in walking boots!
G. K.
A pleasant park for strolling, cycling, dog walking etc. Because of its flood area nature, it is not all flat and boring. Tennis courts, outdoor fitness equipment, children play areas all are features.
V. L.
A pleasant enough stroll, with different areas and habitats to see, along with the usual children's play area and sport fields and courts.
Free parking - but struggled to find a spot on a sunny Sunday afternoon.
L. 2.
Nice park for taking dog for a walk, well looked after and some good things for kids to play on.can get busy with alot of dogs on days of nice weather
L. L.
Lovely and clean ....Nice for walks and good kiddies play areas
L. M.
Lovely well kept grounds, different areas for families, couples, dog walkers and some beautiful trees to hug too 😊 …
A. K.
I've been using this park since I was a child and now I take my children to play / walk there. With its play areas for small and larger children, it's stream, open areas, foot golf, tennis courts and wide pathways for walking or scooting it's the ideal place for a wonder in all weather.
M. G.
Car park is small so on really busy days it's hard to park.
Park is lovely for all most everything. Nice paths and routes to walk and explore
m. b.
Great place for all the family two parks, tennis courts, football golf, and an outside gym, nature reserve, and normally on a nice day and ice cream van.
S. M.
Great Park, we took a picnic and made use of the picnic tables. Ice cream van on hand too ( expensive) kids loved this unexpected treat. We took out games and went exploring the grounds. A truly wonderful family day out, busy enjoying doing nothing.
C. S.
Fantastic park for families, couples and dog walking. Park isn't huge and can be walked around or cycled in about 20 minutes. Paths are wide enough for bikes and dogs. Big play area for kids and older kids, free parking. keep forgetting to bring a football for the kids!
A. D.
The environment is kept clean and tidy, somethig the groundskeepers must take great pride in. There's a lot of ground to cover, so if you're going for long walks with your dogs or other pets, it's great to walk around. The children's play area is great for entertaining young people, as I remember being a little kid there myself. Some people can make your time unpleasant however, especially if you have pets, but they're an exception, everything else is excellent. 5 stars
H. J.
Knighton Park is a wonderful open space to walk round. The variety of trees and the spinney are amazing. It is always a pleasure to visit Knighton Park at any time of the year.
F.
Very good dog park
S. D.
Really quiet and peaceful in the memorial area today.
k. v.
Excellent place for a walk, with your dogs .
But a good walking place on your own or with your dogs.
If u have children ,there are various areas to keep them amused
Quite busy on the weekends, but just right on weekdays.
Beautiful gardens.
M. O.
Nice well maintained park with parking. Good playground for young and older kids.
a. n.

M. B.
Here spring breathes through every pore
E. M. P.
I love to walk my dog through Knighton Park and we both love the lovely trees, shrubs and flowers that are so beautifully maintained. The park is a favourite of many people, including families having picnics, playing ball games, cycling, exercising and generally enjoying the peace and ambience during the recent lovely, sunny weather, which lifts the spirit during these difficult times.
M. S.
Beautiful park. Measured walks of 1 and 2.5k. 1k is on solid pathways, good on wet winter days but be careful in icy conditions. 2.5 k good on nice summer evenings. Has a public outdoor gym and a decent children's playground. Sensory garden is a delight in the heights of summer.
P. M.
A brilliant park, my daughter always has a great time here. The ice cream van is a nice addition.
J. M.
Great park. Always good to take the kids to play on the swings and stuff. Ice cream man always there for a treat. It's also a nice walk to have a look around and relax. The kids absolutely love it. It's also good for dog walkers too.
R. M. (.
Loved the walk and was pleasantly surprised
S. C.
Worth the visit free parking and beautiful park
P. R.
Nice very large area of park land, and 2 flat flood plain fields. Plenty of space. Also outdoor gym and extensive kids play equipment, tennis court. Rockery Gardens need work, but I know that costs.
D. S.
Park was lovely to walk around. Public toilet was absolutely disgusting, the worst I have seen.
J. D.
Such a nice park for a short walk or longer. Spend 1 hour plus here and its so nice, bonus is they have a loo if you get caught short!!!!!!!! Really enjoyable walk
T. L.
It was lovely nice walking round the park . I was surprised how empty it was . Wasnt packed like it normally is . Nice to see the ice cream van there for refreshments. I would recommend this place for a lovely walk or picnic.
B. G.
Nice park! Lots of play space for kids with playground activities for different ages. Footgolf (bring a football!) is free. Lots of space for the dog to run around and just a generally a nice environment. Car park has adequate space and is free.
J. c.
I drive past this park almost everyday but I went in for the first time and it beautiful. Everywhere was clean and even though it was late the toilets were open I can't wait to go back and have a picnic
L. S.
This is a great little park, especially if you wander off the main paths. Wide spaces for football or frisbee, footgolf, a brook to paddle in and some good trees for swinging or climbing. Even better when the kids' play equipment is open...
H. O.
Knighton Park has something for everyone. It is very popular with local residents walking their dogs, jogging around the trails or taking a stroll with the family. Recent walks with experts from the fungi group were fruitful, nice woodland, parkland and flower borders just add to the beauty and nature in abundance. I may be biased as it is a favourite park of mine bit certainly one worth a visit
J. N.
Great place to visit. Two play parks to cater for different age groups as well as beautiful woodland and playing fields. Tennis courts, meditation gardens, lovely walks, this park has it all. Kids love coming here and all the family enjoy it as a day out or just to go for an hour or two.
P. B.
Wonderful park that's excellent for a good walk or cycle ride. Play parks are really good for kids of all ages and also has an outdoor gym. Only downside is toilets are not great and no baby change.
R. A.
Nice relaxing walks exceptional well kept gardens, dog friendly play areas for children tennis courts a must visit park😊 …
S. M.
Loved it, huge cricket and football grounds
S. W.
This is a lovely city Park. It has a good range of facilities including an excellent children's play area and some outdoor fitness equipment. There is also pitch and putt and tennis courts. There are a number of walks and it is dog friendly.
J. S.

j. m.
Lovely park, very varied
J. W.
Park is big and has a lot to do
D. W.
So pleased to find the children's play area open. Wonderful time with my Grandson. Well done to all of the people who keep the whole park so clean and beautiful flower beds.
E. L.
Fabulous park for kids dogs and adults. Plenty of space to do your own thing without being on top of each other. Free tennis courts,a bit of a stream to paddle and a free outdoor gym. But the toilets were filthy a health hazard ...
S. W.
Beautiful area. Lovely place to take a walk. Dogs are welcome
G. J.
Incredible as always for a free, family activity with 3 different park areas and lots to explore like the sensory garden (small but worth visiting). Also lovely little bridges with bubbling Brookes to cross over. Head to the sand pit, your children will Thank you
J. A.
Lovely well maintained park with 2 playgrounds - one for small kids and one for older ones. Cycle paths and offers a pleasant walk for all ages and levels of fitness. Ice cream van is a great way to be ripped off though...
A. T.
A beautiful park and gardens good in winter as well in summer
Picnic seats within the park. Different gardens within the park, and wooded areas. If driving there a car park is available. Enjoy a lovely ramble
C. L.
Knighton Park is a beautiful place with open fields and woodland. There's 2 play areas for kids to enjoy and games Fields for the sporty types.
Public toilets are clean and centrally located with benches to take a moment on your way round.
On Sunny days the icecream van is there and dog walkers chat to each other as they enjoy the surroundings.
H.
A lovely walk around the park. £3 for a medium Mr Whippy ice-cream is pure profiteering! Especially when children demand them on hot days.
The sensory garden is nice with lots of interesting plants and the children's play area is nice (even though it was closed due to covid). Plenty of benches to sit and a steam running through makes it a nice place to visit.
Avoid the ice-cream van but come to enjoy the peacefull park.

Met up with a friend for a walk. Park was very busy and no covid19 measures in place. I didn't mind as we are responsible for ourselves and know the rules but there was lots of groups of people. So if you're nervous about covid19 you may want to avoid this park. Apart from that it's a pleasant park but very muddy walkways.
R. B.
Nice Park for a short stroll. Play areas for various age groups. Free parking. Overall had a good visit.
C. H.
One of the best parks nearby , got outdoor gym, 2 playgrounds , football/cricket pitches, football golf and plenty of grass but also loads of trees , I love this place.
M. D.
Beautifully kept, the sensory garden was a lovely surprise.
J. S.
Great little park, area for walkers and runners, area for the kids, area for tennis, area for golf, area for wildlife fans, workout area, area for picnics and family fun. Even a spot of water and an old tire swing hanging from a tree. What more could you want for a bit of time in the ourdoors.
a. h.
Lovely park, lots of space.
S. B.
One of many good parks in Leicester City. Clean, relaxed environment, good balance of accessible paths and natural spaces. Sports courts and equipment always seem to be in decent condition. w/c seems functional for those that may require facilities. Good work LCC on limited resources and at difficult times.
P. C.
Nice Park can get busy lots of dog walkers large playground for children and adults has car park gets full I prefer to park by using road leading from Welford Road near the Holiday Inn and park on side road adjacent to the park
S. P.
Very good park but policing required. Asian youths smoking weed freely here even in the car park. Groups congregating at the footgolf area ruining the efforts of the park to create a unique environment.
J. B.
I go here regularly with my daughter and my dog. Great place to to walk my dog and good park area for the kids. The only bad thing I would say is that the toilets are always very unclean.
J. S.
Plenty of stuff to do. A great play area for the Kids, take a football or Tennis Rackets and you'll have plenty to do. Great for taking your four legged friends as well ( remember to pick up after your Dog)
R. A.
I used to go there as a kid but when I was 14, I almost got mugged (along with another friend). They tried to take our belongings and scratched us up a little. Any time I've visited before was very nice though, excellent play equipment. Childhood me definitely had some fond memories here.
A. M.
Nice Park especially on a good summer's day. They have a play area, tennis courts and outdoor gym machines. Worth going!
A. I.
This is a VERY nice park where we walk the dogs. However just recently (end June 2017) two dogs have died having ingested something (what, is unknown) and one dog is seriously ill. Dog walkers are currently avoiding the park for this reason. It will be difficult to know when it might be safe again. It is a real shame as it's an excellent facility.
K. S.
Great clean park, lots for kids to do and some great cycle routes, the signs are well displayed.
V. P.
Nice big park. Plenty of parking. Well maintained.
R. D.
Grew up round here, this park was a big feature in my childhood, nice to see it has been developed and updated and it's now better than ever. Great places to just chill in the sun and relax.

A. M.
Amazing park, clean, spacious and nice and quiet
S. A.
Knighton Park is a hidden gem with well designed walks, play areas, outside gym, a stream walk, football and cricket pitches. Many dog walkers, most off the lead and only a few people forgetting to collect their dogs waste ( which is a shame).
M. K.
What a marvelous park to be in and have a good time to spend with your family. This park is so extensive that you can never know where you can end up to but there is always a map guidance board which can help's you to direct how to go back. Honestly, I loved this park.
C.
Very nice and well maintained park with a variety of kids orientated playing apparatus ranging from toddlers to teens. There is also an open gym that utilises your bodyweight this coupled with nice open spaces makes it a great place for kids to play or adults to go for a relaxing walk. One thing to be aware of is the car park, it can get full quite quickly hence they have made an overflow carpark that eases things a little.
d.
Very nice park for the dogs to play plenty of space and also a great little park for the kids to go play on as well
A. D.
Really big area to play around and there kind of many swings for children too. A lot of greenery around. Leisure club is close to it for gym, yoga, basketball, badminton and other sports as well. Cherry hinton football club is also located here.

It's such a lovely park and has lots of lovely areas to explore. We are very lucky to have it on our doorstep. Every time I go around everyone always says hello.
H. M.
This was my first visit to Knighton Park and I was a bit surprised that it was a fairly decent place, but it was somewhat very congested and not much social distances between many people who seems not too bothered about other people safety and also there was too many dogs for my liking.
D. W.
Good park to walk dogs, just don't let them pick things up as could have poison on it. Like most parks in lesta
a. j.

Awesome park. Its bigger than you first expect. Lots of different areas to explore and enjoy. Has a lot to offer. I enjoy walking around at least 2 a week!

Beautiful Park during summer with a lovely secluded sensory garden where you can sit and relax. Nice paths under the trees and lots of landscaping make this a little Oasis on the outskirts of Leicester City. Parking is free and the park is usually open until 8PM during summers. There is no lake but if you like the sound of water there is a stream running through the park. There is also a community gym a few yards past the entrance.
M. B.
Everyone was social distancing, play parks were closed and being adhered to, the ice cream man was there and everyone was being good. It was a good visit, my little dog and kids loved it, we took a ball
K. W.
Lovely park loads of enjoyable fun with little ones. Kept very clean and theres also some toilet blocks. However they can be a bit smelly and not very clean.
S. P.
Been coming since I was a child. Lots of money been spent recently...golf, body weight gym equipment, 2 parks with interesting equipment. Great place to go for an afternoon walk with kids.
L. 3.
Lovely park, spoilt only by the broken glass and bottles left by the yobbos treating it like an outdoor pub during lockdown. Disgraceful. They obviously have no shame and no conscience.
