Staff very friendly and helpful. You can park your bike here free of charge which is absolutely brilliant. Nothing worse than parking your bike in the street, coming back to it an hour later and it's gone.

Since I discovered this bike park during the pandemic, my first thought for a trip into the city centre has been to cycle in. The bus service is unreliable and I try not to use my car, so knowing that my bike will be safe makes cycling in the best option.

So good. Use The Park often. Always take such good care of bike. Last time lost my receipt with number on it for my bike. They could not have been more helpful. Recommended

If you need a safe place to park this is the best place! Currently it is free (normally charge £1) but you can be sure that your bicycle will not be damaged, stolen, or vadilised. It is extremely useful and new bike lanes being built on the road nearby will make it even easier to access soon.

I visited here for the first time yesterday 25th July as I didn't want to lock my bike up in town as I'd heard there'd been a lot of thefts even using an angle grinder to remove D locks. The couple who were staffing it were brilliant really friendly and helpful and a credit to the council. When I returned after shopping we had a lovely chat and when I asked about paying they informed me that it's currently free. Normally they told me it's £1 for the whole day and even at that price I'd say it's an absolute bargain. For piece of mind I will use this every time now.

Leicester City Council Employees at the bike park are very friendly and welcoming. They made it very easy for me to park my bike here and to find out it is only £1 per day that was amazing and I will come here every time. I know my bike will be parked safely and securely as staff are present at all times. Excellent facilities with locker, changing rooms, showers and toilets. They have lots of information about walking and cycling events in Leicester all year round. I am very pleased to say I am a regular user and will be using the Bike Park services for a very long time :)

You can park your bike here for only a pound. They give you a ticket and they then take your bike to a different location on there site. You can then leave at this point.
