Serene park, easy parking, toilets available near payment meter. Clean path, flat and easy to walk. 1.04 miles loop from car park

Love it great place for winter walk summer stroll quick jig did walk but keep them away from the birds it's there home after all. Pick nick areas and things for kids to climb up.

Nice Park and some interesting things to look at on your walk round, there's some ducks to feed as well but no bread as the lady told me off (not sure what else you can feed them), plenty of parking available and I believe you can pay by card. There's a sainsbury's opposite the main entrance if you need any extra bits for your picnic.

When you can get there early it's a wonderful place full of wildlife, nice place for a cycle ride before the crowds arrive!

I really love watermead, there are so many lovely walks to do, and I love to see the water and be near the water, a bit disappointed you don’t see more of a variety of migratory birds here, although there are bird hides in and around the park I guess I’ve never sat down long enough to study. Can highly recommend a visit.

£1 for up to 2 hours. Reasonable price. It’s also closed to mammoth and polar bear, rope bridge. So 2 hours should be enough time to stay

Great water park to bring the kids as well as for adults. There's plenty of parking and a toilet. There are swans and geese. Generally a good place for outdoor activities.

Love this park. It's so beautiful and peaceful. The view is exceptional, I have also seen people camping here. A great place for some family fun!

Well looked after lakes and walks loaded with water fowl, Walk the tow paths or just cruise the paths, Some Pubs are available en route and the village shops of Birstall are nearby there is also a Marina.
