Reviews of Broadgate Car Park
L. B.
Easy access to Lincoln city centre and plenty of spaces. Stairs and lifts available if you're on the higher levels.
Handy for the Premier Inn around the corner and just £6 for overnight and only £4 for all day at the weekend. Pay via machine or via the Paybyphone app.
A tad tight and max height is 2 metres / 6" 7"".
A. L.
Great value for a days parking on the weekend for £4.50.
It's a car park so cleanliness is always going to be low, but the value for parking near the town centre speaks for itself.
A. A. B.
Good price during weekends
👌🏻 only £4 full day
S. C.
Very tight spaces some of the Smallest I’ve seen, but it’s a very good price for the car park though, great for town centre and the premier inn
L. F.
Great location, very reasonable parking costs. Not the cleanest or nicest but it's fine for what it is. I drive large estate car and whilst it required some attention, it certainly wasn't challenging or difficult to manoeuvre and park here. Spaces are on the small side but keep going up and beyond floor 5 there's plenty of space.
A. S.
Reasonably priced long stay car park, with easy access to the high street being within 5 minutes walk. Definitely cheaper than other car parks in close proximity if you plan to be about the city all day. Pay by cash and card and app facilities are also available.
K. D.
The place to park for a very affordable long stay - £2 for 2 hours or £4 for 24 hours!!!
Parking a little tricky as bays are not quite wide enough near the concrete posts for a bigger car like ours. Sign posting to lifts could have been better too.
S. L.
Popular, busy car park. Handy for Lincoln City Centre. Spaces are a bit small though for 4 x 4's, people carrier's etc.
L. S.
Good spot for parking if staying at Premier Inn. £6 for 24hrs during the week, £4 at weekends. Good value.
Up and down ramps felt a bit tight even in my little DS3. Plenty of spaces on the upper levels. Spaces would be tight for bigger cars
S.
£4/24h on weekend.
Easy access to centre and cathedral.
k. s.
Perfect for parking on a weekend. Cheaper than the others especially if you don't have to rush as it has an all day rate.
I. C.
Car spaces a bit of a squeeze to get in to, parking meter you can pay by either cash or card, for all day parking thinknit cost us £6 so not to bad if you fancy spending all day in Lincoln
R. M.
Clean multi storey, very efficient service, my one gripe was that parking bays were a little shallow, large cars or people carriers struggle. Definitely recommend though
S. L.
This is a really good council run car park. There are regular attendants to keep an eye on your vehicle as well as check your ticket. The charges are so very reasonable, just £5 for 24 hours, which ideal if you're staying at a local hotel
F. A.
Good enough. Centrally placed. Good prices. The pillars are a problem and the space is a little snug for wide modern cars.
A. T.
Hard to find a parking space, and it constantly smells like wee. The area is a little dodgy so when you're there at night it's a bit intimidating and the lighting isn't the brightest. A lot of drug users hang around the exits and stairwells which doesn't help the atmosphere/smell etc.
The prices are good though on a weekend or buying a day ticket.
J. F.
Confusing signage with some signs saying £6.50 all day but others saying £4.50. (Was 4.50 and went on a Sunday)
Wanted to use the electric charge point but no information I could see on how I use it.
B. D.
Multistorey car park close to city centre. It was very busy, but only £5 to park for 24 hours. Able to pay by coins, card, or pay by phone. However, we tried at 3 different machines to find one that would let us pay by card.
There is a lift but it is very rickety! Stairs were clean, but we only came during the day.
There's a hut outside, but it wasn't manned when we visited.
J. J.
Its a fair walk from town centre if you have walking problems or disabled
A. Z.
Not expensive, a good place for all day parking if you want to spend time in the centre, in the cathedral or the castle
G. W.
Good cheap parking. The main thing that knocks stars off is the lifts shut at 8pm, which means if you have push or wheelchairs and can't park in the designated ground floor spots you will struggle. It does have charge points for electric cars.
M. J.
A multistorey car park in a good location on the edge of the city centre. And it is a reasonable price on a Saturday, unlike its Canterbury equivalents.
F. F. a. C.
Affordable parking, ideal location. Just a tad cramped and with the amount of SUVs it can be really hard to navigate around.
H. B.
Easy to use and find, great 24hrs deal £6.00 for a city centre is brill.
N. P.
Not bad actually, for a car park. Although a few young, possibly homeless, people seem to live on one of the staircases. There's a security guard there at night time. Very convenient for the premier Inn.
K. S.
Handy car park for the city centre, a bit tight in places going in and coming out of the car park.
A. S.
Always spaces. Reasonably priced. Right in the city centre.
Has electric charging points on the ground floor.
Can use the paybyphone parking app to pay.
Very dated. Smelly stairs.
T. N.
Lovely gentleman helped me with the machine gave me lots of information. Pleased to see reduced prices for weekend visitors
D. G.
This is the best pay carpark I've ever used, its brand new, has large bays with no columbs to restrict access to your car. On entering you get a token (disc) from your car which you keep until you want to leave. You then put your token into the pay machine which then tells you how much to pay, you can use cash or card including contactless.
Your token is returned to you which you use to open the barrier on exit.

Good carpark, week days are £5.00 for 24hrs and weekends are £3.00 one of the best places to park in Lincoln, 2 lifts and 3 stairswell make acess a breeze but a star is gone for the contant smell of urine in the stairs
R. C.
£4 &for 24 hrs at the weekend, great price! Close to centre of Lincoln, easy walk to shops.
L. A.
24 hour parking for £6, short walk from town centre, castle and cathedral. Clean carpark and lifts.
L. S.
Good carpark for Lincoln Centre and good price for all day 6 pounds
J. T.
Centrally located and reasonably priced £5.00 for 24hrs so easy to spend the day in Lincoln; even take the tour bus round the various tourist sites have a meal and not worry about possible parking fines.
G. S.
It feels a little scruffy, but at £3.50 for 24 hours at the weekend it's good value for a city centre carpark.
G. M.
£3.50 for 24hrs. Very close to the high street. Lifts have recently been upgraded but the stairs still stink of urine.
B. L. B.
Great 4 quid car park. Got to see a dead pigeon with a mobile phone. Lovely.
L. G.
An intimidating car park full of the homeless heroin users congregating in the stairwells. Staff do their best to deal with this, but I regularly have to breath in the stuff when returning to my car. Not great 😩
M.
Parking all done over the phone, must have got 1/2hr parking free, took ages to set up and get parking sorted, more to my lack of patience. Would have been quicker with cash.
T.
cheap, practical location and relatively clean. only issue is that the parking ticket machines are difficult to understand and the ramps to get up/down as well as the parking spaces themselves are very tight
M. O.
Usually good value for all day parking and not too far from the shops, it's just a pity not all spaces are wider like the new ones are.
T. G.
All day is ok price. Hourly not great but not bad for city centre parking. Good if staying at Premier inn
A. R.
Multi Storey car park with a lot of narrow spaces .Parking for 24hrs is £5.00 . Good value compared to hourly rate .
E. T.
Good parking, very cheap
A. K.
Very cheap rates. Amazing prices for all night parking
G. F.
Be careful of the big curbs on the ramps that go up and down the levels other than that ok and good price for 24 hours
M. M.
The location is good and prices reasonable-i was driving a Kajar which is reasonably big -entry and exit are fine for larger cars -but spaces are very tight
C. M.
6 pounds for 24 hours parking close to the centre.
A. C.
Great area to park very close to City Centre, superb parking charges, £5.00 for 24 hour's
P. M.
Can fill up early during term times, some spaces are quite narrow, pillars everywhere. Stairs and lift always smell funky
R. S.
Within easy reach to town and more cost effective. Could do with a bit of a clean of stairs.
S. I.
Really handy for The Premier Inn. Cheap at £6 for 24hrs too
G. M.
As car parks go this isn't the best. Card machines didn't work and spaces are small. Prices are good though.
B. T.
Plenty of spaces, reasonable pricing for all day parking but awkward for larger cars due to pillars cutting into some spaces.
J. C.
Spaces are a bit tight and expensive over 2 hours. Central though so worth a shot.
J. L.
It gets you right to the heart of Lincoln's historical quarter of the castle and the cathedral. However if you're spending the whole day there it can be expensive and spaces are limited.
R. T.
A very cheap car park on the weekends and not too far from the high street. It's a decent size and rarely fills up.
c. w.
I always park here because it’s easy to walk to town from here and it’s open twenty four hours and is reasonably priced
D. B.
Good value city car park, but very narrow ramps, spaces etc
N. E.
Good value, central parking at reasonable prices
N. C.

C. G.
It’s a car park. Not too pensive, easy in and out. Not much to say really. Fairly central.
S. G.
Very cheap but incredibly tight spaces, only take small cars!
D. F.

C. W.
Tends to be one of the cheaper car parks with a short walk to the shops.
D. L.
Standard car park but ramps seem very tight. Larger cars will struggle and have to drive slow...
J. G.
Great price other than that it's a car park.
E. M.
Very tight mutistorey car park, cheaper parking than elsewhere in Lincoln, no pay on exit service.
G. N.

M. R.
A great safe facility ...
Smelt of urine in the lifts though 😟
J. D.
£3 parking all day, although the spaces can be a squeeze.
M. K.
Quite narrow spaces and lots of columns make it harder to park in than many multi stories.
S. D.
A week ticket would be good if staying in the premier inn.
