Reviews of Gladstone Park
A. R.
Big and Spacious Park for walking and running. Either with a bike, dogs or with your kids. At the top of the hill, you’ll see an amazing view. There are good spots to sit on with your books to read.
However, I would prefer you to go to the loo first before going out, as their public toilet is not so sure.

I really enjoy this park. There is a large hill that is quite nice to walk up and gives you a great view of this part of the city. There is a nice walled garden, a great pond, amazing trees along the path and lots of wildflowers sown into the park that make for a great green space in the city. If your close take them time to have a look.

Lovely spot. Cafe building needs a bit of work. The roses are gorgeous. The flock of wild parrots was amazing to watch and listen to. Don't forget to cut the grass.

Nice wider space to go for a walk 🚶♂️ or jogging,The trees look beautiful and stunning and the view of Central London is just right ✅

A hidden gem in London. Very accessible by tube, great for the locals to Dollis Hill or Willesden Green. Such a beautiful park, sunrises and sunsets are always stunning from the top of the hill, no matter what season it is.

Love my local park! Big enough for long walks and exercises! 2 kids playground, a cafe and a toilet up the hill, basketball and tennis courts! Well looked after!
D. L.
Beautiful, big park. Very nature with a small lake, playground, outdoor fitness options, football pit, tennis court, a Café, bathrooms and a rose garden.

I highly recommend this park, great for walks, workouts (it's well equipped for it) or even to spend some time with family friends or if you have kids it's also a great place as they have two playgrounds in the park if I am not mistaken! The park is big and you can find really cool little places in the park itself for meditation, kicking ball or even to walk your dogs But for me what makes this park a great park in the north west london area is that you can witness the most amazing sunsets as long as you can find the highest place in the park! I know most of the parks in London are quite well equipped, but you won't find many where you can witness great sunsets especially in London!

Great park. Perfect for walking, jogging, running. Even has a selection of exercise equipment in the park. Great for everyone families with kids. Dog owners. Cycling you can do it all in this park plenty of space.

A very extensive, lovely park in central London. Very well planned and laid out, with nice trees, interesting wild birds and a very nice ambience and serenity etc. One of London's best parks. :)

My Happy Place, old semaphore signals a working signal box, GBRF & DB class 66xxx’s on empty & loaded stone & spoil trains still in operation in NW LONDON in the year 2022!

Well maintained park. Plenty of new cherry blossom trees planted recently. Have got a flower meadow also so making a contribution towards improving biodiversity. Try and avoid 9am on Saturday morning as you will get crowded out by the 5k joggers.

A gorgeous park with a stunning view across London on a clear day. The Rose Garden is a tranquil sheltered area, the play park is popular with local families and there's plenty of both wide open space and ground sheltered by trees.
Whilst there is a good marked running path around the park that can easily accommodate a 5km route, it can be a little uneven and rough in places. Still, the open air exercise equipment and local boxing gym also offer good alternatives for health and fitness.

Small but very good park for walking and exercising. It has tennis, volleyball, basketball and football courts. Playground for children, an incredible view from the top of the park, a small lake with crystallized water in winter and plenty of place to sit, have a picnic and walk the dog.
I. A.
Great park to take the kids. Good football, cricket and rugby pitch available. You also have basket ball and tennis courts. Swings for the kids... a little bit of everything for everyone.

A decent park with fine views over London. New looking tennis courts and good footpaths to enjoy. Decent playpark for the kids and free car parking. You can see the Wembley arch too.
A. A.
Very pleasant place for a walk.
This park is spacious, and well patronised. There children in the playground, adults using the outdoor gym.
Lots of people just strolling, jogging or giving thier all.
There are many levels to this park, from Willesden green to Dollis hill, for example is all up hill.
It's up to you how strenuous you make your trip. Great local spot. On street parking and a car park on the Dollis hill side.

“ Twain always liked living on hills with a view “ … amazing view !

Lovely hilliy Park. Great out door space with beautiful views of London. It's peaceful with good free parking spaces. Lots of people bring their dogs to have a good walk. Overall its worth the visit.

Great park, fairly big and with lots of different areas. Dogs can walk off the lead. At the top end (Dollis Hill Lane) there's a pond, a loo and a cafè which is not always open but does good coffee and cake. Two playgrounds. Another cafè at the bottom end (Anson Road) which isn't great. Free car park (Dollis Hill Ln) and parking restrictions on nearby roads don't always operate. Newly done up tennis courts, basketball court, playing fields, small wooded area, walled garden. Overall, charming!

It is a beautiful and calm place for a rest. Is quite and a big place. It is lovely for a long walk, for play sports and games for kids. The view is so pretty. Love this park.

What a wonderful open space; fresh and invigorating and a chilly early February afternoon. Room for lots of things spaced out: Rugby, Football, bowls, walking, cafe, pond, remains of a politian's (Gladstone) house. I spent over an hour here with Mummy, her friend and another friend's dog (Boo).

Perfect park for gymnastics or where to relax with long walks immersed in nature. you can find an outdoor gym, basketball courts, tennis courts for adults and children...
R. C.
A mini Hampstead without the crowds. Stables cafe is an excellent cafe with great food and cakes which just happens to be in the park. I.e. definitely not a typical captive audience park cafe.
A. L.
Good park but there is only one playground and is not enough for all children..! They are so many kids. And this is shame one toilet only belongs to caffe shop.
S. E.
I enjoyed visiting one of the most beautiful parks with old, glamorous, strong trees. ❤❤
It was a therapeutic visit.

R. Q.
Nice park, lots of green space and lovely trees. However for such a large space it was lacking in toilets!
F. M.
Love the beautiful flowers in the gardens. Nice duck pond, fun kids play area and city views from the hills. One of my favourite local parks♡
R. M.
Nice, quiet park with great hills to walk / run and a café with great breakfast
S. Y. L.
It is a medium-sized park with comfortable environment and lush green space for relaxation

Lovely park for a long walk. Not much in the way of facilities but there's a cafe at the top of the hill and it's not far from the high street.
E. Z.

A. K.
Lot to do and explore! Tennis courts, pond, cafe, playgrounds, outdoor gym, nature walks, flower garden, ruin, ping-pong table, a small aventurous woodland area...

It is a Wonderful park for walk and sport have a lot of green and attractions, part of it is on a hill with nice view of Wembley Arena.
It has as well flat ground for Tennis and football.

Gladstone Park is a great place for kids. It has a small lower playground as well as a larger upper playground. It is a park you can ride your bicycle in. It has an outdoor gym and several football pitches. Highly recommended
A. D.
This is my local park. It has hills, a pond, a walled garden, an outdoor gym, a children's play area and free tennis courts. In the summer and autumn it has many wild flowers in one of the meadows. It has an organised run through the park every Saturday morning at about 9am. It's a lovely place to walk and meet other locals walking their dogs. Have been using this park for more than 36 years and never tire of it.

Nice, clean park for a walk or run, has good play areas for kids as well beautiful panoramic view to London :)
S. B.
Always a pleasure. Great coffee in the stable cafe. Don't miss the heartrending monument to victims of torture.
J. N.
I wish this park was better. I would much rather that the truly expansive lawn was replaced with more wild space with trails and benches. The play area is really underwhelming considering how many children live in the proximity.
I imagine the huge lawn space which is mostly unused by people is great for dogs though.
S. A.
It ok place but if you do not like dogs then this place is not for you. It's a good place to exercise and burn some energy.
M. “.
Amazing park. But, more security cameras needed along its paths.
P. O.
