We love this car park. Make sure you book it online and pay online as well because if you pay after your stay there it'll be more expensive. We never had any problems. Very clean. There are always spaces available and it is convenient to get from there to Oxford Street (if you don't mind walking a bit)

Parked here a number of times when visiting London for appointments. Handy pre-booking service to ensure you have the space, great for when travelling a long distance. Secure parking with pad to enter number plate even as a pedestrian. Pleased this type of parking is available so close to popular destinations.

I like that you can only access the car park as a pedestrian if your car is currently parked there, as it asks for your registration number. Makes me feel that its secure. The spaces are also quite generous, so no awkward exit of your vehicle as you try to avoid hitting another car. It's great, but you could easily miss the entrance if you dont approach slowly. It's right next to the Shell, you just need to drive up to the gates and wait for them to open. Its ANPR, so you can pay before you exit, or pay later online.

Good entrance. Wide enough not to scuff your wheels. Pay machine didn't issue receipt when asked to do so. Decent spaces wide enough apart not to bang doors.

Very convenient for Madame Tussauds and the Planetarium. Pre booked a week in advance and got whole day for £22. All automatic entry using ANPR, pre book or NCP Park Pass is essential and the only way in.

Its expensive per hour, but convenient if you want to stay out of congestion charge zone. Also clean and safe enough. Just the cost can sting as its £10 for 1st hour. Close to Baker Street tube station and close enough to Marylebone Station.

Perfect place to park. We parked here as we were visiting madame tussauds which is less than a 5 min walk. I was dreading finding somewhere to park in london especially this close to the congestion charge. It is very pricey but what part of london parking isn't. However we booked online and got a good discount. Was very easy to use. You just pull straight in, type in your pin code and just like that the barrier opens and let's you in with a personalised welcome message on the screen. Same applys when you leave just pull up to the barrier and type your pin in and it let's you out. When I left my car I felt happy that i wouldnt return to broken windows and my wheels jacked up on bricks. Felt like it was in a safe place. Would recommend to anyone needing to park locally

Great experience today at this parking , Member of staff available and alert to answer any questions (quite rare) entrance is fair size and spaces are really generous (good for suvs) cars are not touching each other. Just on the border of congestion charge and minutes away from Baker Street. Highly recommended - make sure you pre book in advance

Great spot to park your car in the centre of London (2 mins walk to the baker street underground station). The prices are £7 an hour but it is a secure place to park with an attendant always on site. It is not pay and display so you pay at the machine at the end and then you use your paid ticket to exit. There are 2 levels and have a fair amount of parking spaces.

I will definitely be booking this one again. I booked online and it was 10 pound for all day. During summer and bank holidays and considering central london.... i must say it is nice price. Easy location to find. Very decent size bays, i normally don't get that in Southampton. No smell, absolutely clean. One thing that i was not sure why that happened was that i got antistatic while using the machine to enter the pre-booked code. i will definitely recommend.
