Good sized car part at Westfields Shepherds Bush. Signed up for Smartpark, got in ok but had to speak to the 'help person' to get out, still waiting for text to fond out how much!

Very nice, green lights above the parking bay lets you know the parking bays is free. Red means the bay is occupied.

As a motorbike rider, the free and secure parking in Westfield is great. The only issue is that once inside, the signposting isn't great - as someone who doesn't go there often, it's very easy to get confused inside. This is a shared experience I've had with others too!

The parking in Westfield Market is great and spacious and has an excellent camera system and a lighted sign that guides you to a vacant parking space, but when I entered my car, the gate opened with the camera capturing only the plate number, and when I wanted to leave, I went to the machine to pay and it asked me for the car number to pay, so I entered it but it said it was wrong, which made me move between the machines to try and I found an employee who said go to the exit gate and press the gate button, and I actually went and the employee responded to me and took my car number, and I paid and left

It's too difficult to get out of the garage. The road is not wide enough, and no one warned me to do so. All the wheels were crushed. I recommend that you don't go there if you're driving a wider car, such as a Bentley or a sports car.

It's a car park. Missed the turning to enter the car park as its not well sign posted. But then I parked my car. And so the car park did its job. Prices for parking are ridiculous though.
