Ruby & Grace were wonderful party hosts- they made it so easy and were super organised. These girls were really easy to interact with, lots of smiles and lovely personality. They even made sure that a little one with dietary requirements had everything right which was brilliant. Thank you girls! Jesse really enjoyed himself! The only thing that would have taken it to the next level would have been a few party games in the party room. Thanks again!

Friendly staff, great for kids in any age. Well recommended for a birthday party. Ruby our host was amazing, very helpful, friendly with the kids. Party room was very cool according to my son😄 Everyone had a great time.

Went today for a party. It was lovely. Clean. Lockers for valuables. Safety video and special socks provided. An hour was plenty of time to bounce and use the small soft play area. The kids then had food in a little party room. Pizza nuggets or hot dog and chips. And Ice cream All looked delicious! The party process was well organised and my daughter wants her next party there !

Absolutely wonderful staff and a perfect place for a birthday party. We chose Bounce Central because we'd previously been to a superb party here, and our experience today as parents was terrific. Our party host was brand new - it was her third time hosting a party - but she was clearly trained very well as everything was incredibly smooth. I asked her name to make sure I could give her credit for it - thank you so much Lisa! The rest of the team was excellent too, and immensely efficient. They all seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and were so friendly and funny. I strongly recommend Bounce Central for children and also parents. The children's meals are great, but (dare I say so) more importantly, the meals and coffee etc for adults are really fabulous too - no trash at this place. Really honestly can't say enough good stuff about this place. Very happy indeed.

Have visited Bounce several times since it opened. My daughter always enjoys herself bouncing around on the trampolines and the soft play area in the corner has been added recently and is an extra bonus. Always eat in the cafe, the food is freshly prepared to order and is tasty and a good price. Drinks too are a good price. Always find the staff really friendly.

First time visiting bounce central today. Loved it! Not only was it fun for my little girl but it definitely brought out the big kids in me and my husband. Was great fun. We organized a party for our daughter 7th Birthday here last Friday. It was a pleasure. Katy who was looking after us was very professional - helpful, attentive, very efficient and smiling. We asked to change the room for the party last minute and it was quickly organized without any trouble. Thank you for hosting us and we'll definitely come back to you for future birthday events! :)

We had our son's birthday there yesterday. Kaysha was amazing, she welcomed us to the venue and was very pleasant and cheerful. Attended my grandsons 6th birthday party. The place is great for children and adults. The place was clean and good decor. The staff were really friendly and helpful. What impressed me the most was the quality of the food, I did not expect it to be as good as it was. It was fresh tasty and good quality, thank you to Jake who cooked it.
