Not as pricey as is used to be, not sure if these guys have dropped their price or everyone else has upped theirs.

Easiest car park for town, metro and even over night .safe and secure plenty of space

Best car park in town.Very safe CCTV in all the stair wells. No ticket issued on arrival now pay on leaving putting you reg in the machine. This car park ticks all the boxes especially for people who are on their own.Its a shame Debenhams is closed now as you just had to cross the road and you were in the shopping complex.

Decent size car parking spots.

Good car park. It's got registration recognition for payment, no tickets anymore. Worked well, but it needed my time of entry when I paid at the machine. I had to guess. I suspect its a security measure to stop anyone paying your parking instead of theirs. Not sure how that would help them, unless they took your car out as well.

Safe and secure parking for me scooter.

Only place I park when visiting Newcastle, but tonight I couldn't get in through the Gate entrance as it was locked! Had to walk around to Stowell Street and there's no pedestrian footpath down into the car park. Please tell me how to access a safer way! First time this has happened, I understand it could be due to covid but....

Good, secure underground car parking albeit slightly expensive.
One main criticism I have with this place is if you want to leave the car park reasonably early, you won't be able to use the lift as it's located in the actual centre itself, so if you're with a wheelchair user or with somebody with a push chair, then you'll be stuck waiting until the main centre actually opens, bit of a design flaw really.

Week day cost bit more buy Sunday only charge £5 per day great value.

Always park here when visiting town, fairs are fair and if you use the pay by phone app you can top up as needed, so I normally just put the minimum time in and top up when needed. You can park here for free after 5pm.

Always spaces when I go, really well lit and feel very comfortable parking my car there. Prices are really good for being city centre as well

Great location into centre and the lift takes you straight into the gate indoor restaurants.
Only issue is the price which isn’t too bad considering location. Few minutes walk you can get parking for nearly half the price.

Best safe car park in the toon. Only down side , if its match day , it can take you an hour to get out if you time it with St James Park emptying.

The closest to china town.. many parking spots but get full during the weekends
J. S.
Gets busy quickly and is cheaper in the evening. Can confirm you can park a car here too! Electric charge points available
M. B.
Only issue you will have with parking here is that upon exit there are some oversized speed bumps so if you have a low car try somewere else.
