T. S.A car park is a car park I suppose. We use it when we visit Newcastle for the football at St. James' Park, it being a short walk away. The only negative is how very tight the entrances and exits are. The route between floors is equally as tight. Drivers need to concentrate at all times. There is usually a large queue at the top entrance for the ticket machine after the football had finished.
We generally skip that queue altogether and use the machine at the Arena end of the car park. It is a walk downstairs but it has saved us a long wait in the cold.
S. A.In fairness I had my parking validated by the science park, but 24 hour garage with 24/7 cctv? How is it not worth it for the security? Safest car park in the area I would say.....amd so do the science park people so its technically and scientifically the safest place to park and that's verified by bonifide scientists, baby!
G. P.Easy to get to & not too expensive. Some of the bays are very tight to get into but it's the only car park I use when going into Newcastle & it's only 5 minutes walk to the shops...

n. y.Alright car park bays are a bit tight and seems the perfect place for what looks like stolen cars to. Be dumped and left for a while. 2 cars on first floor covered in dust and dirt untaxed no mot or insurance on any of them. Been there a long time it seems. Would hate to think if the charges on them 😂

T. H.How do you rate a car park? It saved our day when space booked at the arena through JustPark wasn't accessible due to road closure. Quite tight entrance/ exit but worked well, quite cheap, secure and close to the city centre.
G. W.Easily accessible and great location for visits to Newcastle city centre, the arena or the quayside, but would be nice to see this car park adopt anpr. The idea of printed tickets which you then use to pay at a self service device, using contactless methods is a little bit of a contradiction. It's also quite expensive, offers only a few electric car charge points and the same goes for disabled bays. When we last visited during a busy nufc match day, the q for the pay machines were quite long, but there was a member of staff sat in the booth not really providing any assistance... Missed opportunity?

D. d. W.A decent and safe place to park your car I would say (although I'm not sure if that statement should encourage you to leave your valuables in your car of course). The prices are very reasonable and the parking spots are spacious. Maybe one thing to be careful is that the ramps to go up and down the various levels are a bit small; if you're driving a somewhat larger car you need to be careful in taking any corners (like in many other parking garages).

Be aware though the multi story when events are on at the arena are known for being at a long standstill until the crowds have cleared ie we waited 45 minutes to leave the car park.
On to main roads for exiting the city though and spaces are a little wider than other city centre car parking that is available

D. M.It's a safe car park. Spaces are quite tight and it can get very full, very quickly. No middle ground on parking though. Over 10 hours and the jump from £6 to an overnight charge of £13 is immediate. Expensive if you're a minute over the time.
T. H.A good, reliable place to park when visiting Newcastle. It's close to the Metro arena and about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The parking charges are very reasonable for its close to town centre location. The only slight downside is the parking bays are not very generous.

c. p.On December 6th I carelessly left my wallet, containing besides my debit and other cards, £65 in cash. When I got home I discovered my wallet as missing. I telephoned the car park in the rather fainb hope that it had turned up. The man in the office had it safe and was already trying to get in touch with me - telephoning the only address he could find in the wallet.
It would be hard to do better than that.

M. K.A favourite car park when I visit Newcastle as it is right next to the city centre, the Centre for Life and the Arena. If you are attending an event then you can get a reduced all day parking ticket at the manned booth.
